Gym, my doggos and kitties, naps, dinner with loved ones, and just keeping in mind that things will work out in the The Conglomeration One Line Shirt But I will love this end. Keep your head up Acceptance and focusing on what I can control. They go hand in hand. Also, acknowledging that 5 degree shifts rather than 180 degree turns will get me to my goal, so I don’t expect drastic behavior or action of myself, rather, I work on improving a bit every day (like Kaizen). I set myself goals and imagine what will happen next if I don’t achieve any of my dreams and goals and it motivates me a lot because I don’t want to live my life for nothing. Idk about proud, but it’s so satisfying to go to airsoft and shoot a 12 yo in the face mask or scare them with a grenade when they’re being a toxic little shit.

Sleep/napping. If I’m feeling any extreme emotion, crying, anger, or depressive thoughts, sleeping always acts as a reset button for me. I wake up calmer and in more of a neutral mindset. Listen to music, specifically songs that make me feel self-empowered. Like Disney villain songs or soundtracks from Action/Adventure films with cool battle sequences I cover my ears(?) or leave the The Conglomeration One Line Shirt But I will love this situation- I don’t really have coping mechanisms other then stimming that’s why I went to a mental hospital lol Deep breath, talking about it, partner regulating, task management, recreation. And then general self care I have no appetite but I must eat at least part of lunch for example And when I’m injured and can’t do that I just stop thinking life is so much better when not a single thought goes through your head though I do lock back in and fix my problems regularly Take my motorcycle out till everything is back under control or go to the range and let off some rounds till I feel better. We had a saying in my unit in the Marine Corps: “embrace the suck.” Meaning there are times when you have to do something that really sucks. Instead of fighting against it and making it worse, try to make the best of the situation. When I ran my company on average l would encounter 14-15 problems, a day, with over 190 employees plus office staff it happens. For example 1) my supervisor is stuck in traffic at the time he supposed to be at the yard his truck overheating.2) his crew of 18 men are on the clock waiting for him, ready to start new project. They never been to.3) tractor on another project won’t start.4) concrete pump on another project, hose is plugged up with hard cement. And two cement trucks full of cement is waiting to pump out there cement. Ect.. This was daily, and if for some un godly reason I didn’t squash the problems day 1 they would supplement the next days set of problems. There were few expectations and I would have a few less problems, but usually that avg was solid, I know looking back at my daily problem logs. So it goes without saying I respond the same with my personal life, as well as I did with my company I go out of my way to avoid future problems. Like in the case of supervisor who overheated his truck, I didn’t repair his truck I took him a brand new truck in hopes to avoid same issue. Life’s gonna throw one curve balls, just got to knock them out of the park as there thrown your way. Yes I played baseball over 17 yrs.

The Conglomeration One Line Shirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater, long sleeve tee

Most of the The Conglomeration One Line Shirt But I will love this time I enjoy taking a long walk. I like to exercise and this helps me cope with my depression and anxiety and I feel a little more alive. On really bad days, I stay in my room and don’t speak to anyone for a set amount of time, just thinking to myself. I was drinking. Sober for almost 4 months now and this is kind of a frightening question you’re asking, what will I do. Probably go for a walk, jump into the river, swim, talk to the wind about my problems, share a few tears with the water, then anything that can keep me busy for a while I guess, take a nap and keep thinking “be the best version of yourself”. Maladaptive daydreaming. Had it since childhood. I’m pretty much sure it is a mental disorder, but it helps me escape this reality when things get hard. I don’t want to get rid of it. Apathy or just not giving a fuck and just forgetting shit. Cant be mad at someone for something i don’t remember. Cant have a burnout, if i forget about stress before it accumulates. Immune to drama if i can’t even remember the participants. My coping mechanisms have gotten a lot healthier thanks to some therapy and doing work on myself But even before that probably my best one is how my brain kicks in during stressful & difficult conversations. I have the ability to be super calm and cool and collected in the moment and I tap into my extensive vocabulary so that I can say exactly what I want/need to say. I’m intelligent and well educated and I’m more of a beer + jeans & tshirt woman with low-brow sense of humor and a love for f* bombs lol, so the intelligent side isn’t always obvious (because people make assumptions). It kicks in and drives me in difficult & stressful situations. I gives me confidence to know that I am communicating as clearly as I can and shit is less likely to be misconstrued & thrown in my face later (or if it is I can call bullshit on that).

It’s been a life saver more than once. A time I had to get a lawyer and confront people that held more power than myself it came in clutch! I was cool and collected and intelligent and well spoken and I presented the The Conglomeration One Line Shirt But I will love this info they thought I didn’t have, shocked the shit out of them and they were suddenly willing to negotiate with me and my lawyer (and one even complimented me on how well I handled myself, even knowing they were pretty screwed)… and it was soooo satisfying. I was a crying stressed out mess before & after but had my shit together when I needed to In my worst moments, I always think how much worse it could be, but isn’t. And knowing that this, too, will pass. (I learned that from my mother, who, in spite of a horrific childhood that was full of fear and deprivation, maintained a sense of optimism that sustained her through it all, and she said that even as a small child she knew that their dire circumstances were merely temporary, and could change for the better at any time.) Extra cup of coffee, heating pad, bed, locked door and kids will need to fend for themselves. Usually it’s an hour break once in a while, but this past Christmas I was stricken with migraines from caregiver fatigue and I didn’t (couldn’t) get out of bed for like 10 days. First time I’ve ever experienced something like that and amazingly, the family figured it out without me.

About this The Conglomeration One Line Shirt

The Conglomeration One Line Unisex
The Conglomeration One Line Unisex
Playing video games. If I’ve had a really rough day, I will buy my favourite soda, sit down, and just play some Assassin’s Creed. Meditation, deep breathing exercises, writing, and art. Took me a long time to learn those, and, yes, I am proud. Get a sledge hammer. Go to a local car scrap yard. Ask if they have any cars that will be crushed soon (they will). Ask if they care if you wack on one for 20 minutes (they won’t). Put on protective gear (sunglasses and gloves). When you notice your brain is caught in some sort of “circular negative thought cycle” .. break out of it and try to think more positive, constructive thoughts. For me,. what I normally notice is that any time I’m stuck worrying about something or having anxiety,. it’s almost always because of “incomplete information” (I’m worrying about some unknown thing,. and if I just educate myself or learn more information about that thing,.. it dissipates the The Conglomeration One Line Shirt But I will love this size of the worries). I also find often in my life,. that I’m worrying about things .. that really aren’t important enough to worry about. I’ve also found often that it’s far far far better to dive in early (when problems are small) and get them done.. than it is to delay or avoid them which usually only ends up margin the problems bigger down the road. Even if it’s just scrubbing rust off of old stuff and putting in a new coat of paint. It feels therapeutic to me
I physically detach. Not mentally, just physically. And not just from the The Conglomeration One Line Shirt But I will love this situation / event / problem, but also from the mundane things around it. Typically this means I physically go away for anywhere between a few hours to a couple of days. This is not an act of disappearance, though. I plan it, I announce it to my loved ones, and I share where exactly I’ll be. Somehow, being physically disconnected from conflicting situations helps me think more clearly about those situations. You know how we see the solutions to other people’s problems better than we see the solutions to our own problems? In my case, being physically away from my own problem allows me to see it as if it was someone else’s; and it makes it easier for me to arrive at better solutions.
Same when dealing with deep grief. Being alone and away I feel less constrained to be the The Conglomeration One Line Shirt But I will love this “strong” guy in the family. I can now cry, audibly talk to myself, scream if needed. I can remember and repeat important parts in my mind and in my heart without “noise”. Which is why, when I need to physically detach from some hard situation, I tend to go to unpopulated places. As a side note, I live in a U.S. state where even the big cities are small and you can reach forested mountains or barren deserts by just driving 20 minutes in any direction; which has been a great resource when I’ve needed to go away to process things. Not giving a fuck in any possible way. Yes my life may be in ruins but can’t get sad over it if I don’t acknowledge it. For me, it is to turn to my dog and think about him and how he would feel if I was not around and think about what would happen to him if I was not around.
