Looks like more than just dry skin as others have mentioned. Definitely see a doctor if possible. There’s a product called All Good Goop that I swear by. If he can slather that on and then wear some cotton gloves overnight it works wonders at least as a temporary treatment until he can figure out if there’s a bigger underlying issue. Depending on what he’s coming in contact with particles of what he’s touching all day might have gotten into the Super Murica Shirt besides I will buy this skin and caused fungus/infection/etc. Does he use chemical cleaners surfactants? I had this same thing started to wear gloves and it went away in a few weeks. Had it for years and no lotion would work, I tried everything. Hope you find an answer. See a doctor ASAP, I’ve never seen anything like that either. That said, I fixed my hand dryness by washing with Dr. Bronner’s baby mild bar soap only, and using Aquaphor. Everything else had irritating ingredients. So until/while he’s getting evaluated that might help calm the situation?
