i think it’s weird but my long term boyfriend ( 16 years ) and i sleep with our backs to each other, sometimes he’s weird and stays flat on his back like he’s in a coffin but my back is always to him because that’s how i’m comfortable We love each other but we each sleep with our own duvet lol I know its weird but we both turn a lot during our sleep and us sharing a duvet would wake each other up easily.
