For day time (brunch) it’s a cute dress/skirt/trouser with a simple top Bodysuit + either jeans or a skirt. Usually a tank style one if it’s jeans, and a long sleeve turtleneck if it’s a skirt. Usually with a pair of statement earrings and black boots. For me it’s been a black mesh top (my fav has reflective skeleton details), a crop top, and a skater skirt. The pants are what make the fits because most people opt for interesting tops, not bottoms. Pants can be switched out with skirts/shorts/etc, I’m just currently in my pants era Example fit: I have a pair of deliciously flattering, vertically striped (orange, teal, black) flared leggings-esque pants. I like to style them with my platform oxfords and then either a black sweater or orange sweater+black vest. Top it off with orange, teal, or black lipstick and be overwhelmed with compliments (seriously, the pants are one of my prized items)It’s all bullshit. Politics aren’t real. I think what I find tragic is that we generally can summon energy from time to time or for any individual task, but not for everything.
