Also,here BBMP, BDA, BWSSB, BMRCL, BESCOM, BMTC and traffic authorities never work in unison. Hi, I have lived in Hanoi for my whole life (23 years). And luckily for myself, I haven’t never gottten into any dangerous situation. Compare to other countries in my pov, Hanoi is quiet safe due to politics. Citizen aren’t allowed to have gun, the Silly Cat Meme Shirt also I will do this crime rate is quite low (I guess).
