I wouldn’t. Accidents happens and people get turned around sometimes. This is obnoxiously bad though. It’s their job to figure out how to get to their destinations. Also, I would have just gone and picked that shit up myself with how close it was. Tbh I’d rate badly for that. You said it took 40 extra minutes to get to you and was cold. I’d be pissed. Chances are they were multiapping. Heck no. I suppose it matters what you ordered, but the Ryan Adams The Orpheum Theatre, Los Angeles CA 10 10 2023 Poster Shirt so you should to go to store and get this drivers shenanigans probably lowered your food quality. Usually when I see this behavior it’s a driver multiapping and doing multiple deliveries for other services. Do you routinely have delivery problems or occasions where an invited guest gets lost trying to find your home even with GPS mapping? If not then I’d want to removing the drivers tip. If you have street turns that one way you for several miles if you make a wrong turn then that may mitigate things

Doordash needs to fix their mapping system. For some reason there are certain houses/neighborhoods where the Ryan Adams The Orpheum Theatre, Los Angeles CA 10 10 2023 Poster Shirt so you should to go to store and get this gps is just fucked. I’d rather use Apple Maps It’s not your responsibility to give them more, but if you’re in the position to do so, and pity the fool, why not Heck no, your food was like 30 minutes late due to their incompetence. Also, u-turns are a thing, they didn’t have to drive that far out of their way. There are a lot of people being very positive on here, but unfortunately I tend to think about the worst possibilities because I know there’s a lot of s***** dashers out there.. If they were on earn by time and they have a vehicle that is very good on fuel or an electric vehicle. They may have been trying to milk the order for as much money as they could because they weren’t getting orders.. If your car is fuel efficient enough, you can actually make money doing that, but it is a very bad practice and will end up backfiring on most of them hopefully I hope everyone else is right in this case and it’s just a new driver that freaked out and didn’t know what to do, but there’s no way to know for sure If this delivery was in California they would also be earning an extra $0.30 per mile while on the delivery which is even more incentive for people to play the system unfortunately
