It also could just be a really really stupid idea from some HOA Karen with way too much power. Seriously, outlaw HOAs. “Hmm, this house is selling free eggs to throw at Karen’s garage. Also says she gets 10% of the earnings. Well, heh.. 10% of nothing is nothing, and who am I to pass up a good deal?” Guess she’s never done taxes and been self employed. No one declares every cent they make (And don’t tell me it’s tax fraud, I know). The affluent don’t sell their belongings, especially from their garages. This Karen is delusional about her station in life. I live in a well off area, with an HOA. Parents lived in an HOA. I’ve been extremely lucky to never have these issues. HOA only gets involved in dangerous situations.
