Drag Race is amazing, but it’s a narrow slice of a bigger spectrum. Your local scene is where you get to see all the Premium dio Holy Diver Album Cover Artwork T-shirt in addition I really love this other colors. As a local queen we always appreciate the love!!! Tip the dolls, we work just as hard classes from graduation in July with CS in full-stack with Suma Cum Laude. I have experience with writing some programs, IT help desk, and a ton of leadership and PM experience (prior military). Coming into a position behind 22 year Sr dev. I mentioned several times my level of experience as well as pointed out I’m still a student during hiring process. From week 1 of 7 I noted obvious lapse in expectations vs reality and abilities. I expressed this to HR and previous developer to figure out what’s going on. Was told I was hired based on potential and other factors, don’t worry about direct report (CEO), he’s just fast paced. Communicate via email every day what was accomplished previous day and what’s today’s target. Every Friday CEO tells me I’m not doing enough and that the company is too small to have someone not be a team player.

I requested several meetings with CEO and HR to express concern over project deadlines vs skill and reality. (On-boarding consisted of 1 day – heres your credentials and pc – do work) Just had another meeting at my request with HR and CEO. CEO told that me he thought I was a senior developer and I’m too slow and paid too much for doing what I said I would do in interview and the Premium dio Holy Diver Album Cover Artwork T-shirt in addition I really love this time it would take. The system is riddled with bugs and errors. No documentation. I can’t even do a Git push bc the system (bitbucket) they use isn’t communicating with their server (the server is down). Every time I try to focus on this huge future project, I’m delayed by outdated systems, failed/failing servers and the boss won’t let me take time to figure out the issue or update them. Forcing me to SSH or remote into server directly to force updates (I know naughty – I note everything I do, but yeah). It sounds like you dodged a bullet, the company got what they were asking for. If they hire junior developers, they are going to get junior developers. They sound very short-sighted and very dumb and it sounds like the place is a dumpster fire.
