I mean, I don’t know where to draw the Pittsburgh Steelers Wordmark Logo Shirt also I will do this line, but not delivering mixed concrete that’s actively setting feels like it falls on the dick move side of it. On the other hand, presumably the company had notice that the strike was imminent, so probably the best way to resolve it would be to say it’s the company’s responsibility to maybe not get mixed concrete out on the trucks that day if there was likely to be a strike. This does not make sense. The US follows employment at will. Anyone can quit there job or not show up if they do not want to. The supreme Court does not work for your common citizen The supreme Court works for the rich and the corporations never forget that

Isn’t that getting the Pittsburgh Steelers Wordmark Logo Shirt also I will do this entire point of striking? Doing something on purpose doesn’t absolve someone of responsibility. This is like the emails sent by Disney during the writers strike that they still have to work. Like that’s not how a strike works This is America, you can sue anyone for anything. The question is how would such a lawsuit ever win? It’s patently absurd. Ideally any such lawsuit would just get tossed. Be a shame if someone lit those trucks on fire before they can be used. I for one welcome the mafia back into unions. “Miss the point”? They know damn fine what the point of striking is, they’ve just been paid lavishly their whole careers to, well, sabotage and destroy tools of grassroots power such as unions. It’d be like saying they “missed the point” of Roe. They (the Supreme Court) didn’t miss the point of striking. They just want to make dutiful servants to capital. They did not miss any point. They’re there–BTW including all of the so-called Liberals other than Jackson, evidently–to crush unions once and for all, because the only way they can ever get nominated and confirmed is by being a Rightwing pro-corporate servant. This is basically the final nail in the coffin of any resistance to corporate rule. So now our two choices of corporate fascism and tribalist/theocratic fascism are pretty much the only ones that exist. No one is going to strike if they can personally be sued for damages to the corporation, and since the only purpose to strike is to threaten enough damage to the corporation that it increases the workers’ leverage, and this now nullifies all of that leverage, unions in the US are pretty much now dead.
