No not at all! A lot of in shape people wear shirts as they don’t want to get burned. It’s pretty normal to see. Silently Judge and then move on. It’s dosent affect me so no one cares. But that’s a T-shirt I’m talking about so not what you asked. Swimming shirts are normal to wear. Everyone has seen fat dudes, everyone has seen moobs. I refuse to wear a shirt at the pool I honestly used to judge people years ago because I personally hated them and couldn’t understand how anyone could handle wearing one, but not anymore. It’s too damn hot these days and sunburns are brutal. I got my own 60 spf swim shirt now that I use when its scorching hot because sunblock can’t even keep up anymore.
