In the Philadelphia Flyers Once The Flyers Girl Always The Flyers Girl Shirt moreover I will buy this meantime I’d ask for a meeting with your manager / HR and explain that you’re being paid less than others doing the same job as you. Companies have been doing this b.s. for decades. I worked a company where I wasn’t like the “best” worker but turned around after a while. I found that they were hiring new hires at about 5-10 above what I was making and asked about a pay raise. They refused to budge and told me if I wanted a higher pay raise I would have to quit and come back. So i quit and never came back. 5 yrs of busting my ass off for that company for a screw you in the face job. Your job owes you a paycheck nothing more. You owe your job the bare minimum of your job nothing more. There is no such thing as corporate loyalty. You want more money? Tell them that you want more money. If they say no? Get yourself a new job and tell the old company to pay you 15% than their competition or they can get fucked. I’m not trying to minimize your success but I think what you are seeing is that you are underpaid based on market conditions.

Philadelphia Flyers Once The Flyers Girl Always The Flyers Girl Shirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater and long sleeve t-shirt

I’d say apply to other jobs and if you get a solid offer consider asking current employer to match. I would’t say anything until you have a solid offer in hand. You need to leave. The only way you’ll get true market value is by, unfortunately, leaving to another place that’s going to value you more. It’s messed up, but companies truly believe the Philadelphia Flyers Once The Flyers Girl Always The Flyers Girl Shirt moreover I will buy this grass is greener when it comes to external candidates. Why in the world are they paying by the hour for those positions? Those are all salaried positions, and sales should be salary with commission. I wouldn’t do any of those positions for $36k a year. Ask to be compensated appropriately, or find somewhere that will. The need for higher wages in the last few months have been to high. People can’t afford to work for less. It’s not personal but u should be getting a raise to compensate u if u stay What country are you in? U.S.? Unfortunately, that’s the way things roll – if you want more pay you are going to have to jump ship – annual salary increases will usually never keep up with what you could make as a new hire somewhere else. I was in the same boat and found that out the hard way. Good luck on your future new role, it will likely be a fun/exciting time and you’ll ask yourself why you didn’t switch earlier. Now you understand what the incentive of internally promotion vs hiring from external. You can always get listings of the same job at market rate and argue it. If the company cares then maybe but I highly doubt they will give you anything except for a few minutes to vent. If you have an offer then that’s different. Now you have a choice to either leave to the company MIGHT attempt to counter offer. But DON’T have an expectation that they will match it the difference is really big.
