I sort of agree with a few exceptions. After all, I can’t change a tire, check engine issues and remedy them from ten feet away (like oil or antifreeze). In those situations all you can do is be quick, safe and hyper aware of your surroundings. I went and helped a friend jumpstart his car on a highway I made sure to tell my wife and him to stand behind the Philadelphia 76ers X Dachshund Dogs shirt besides I will buy this rails and a good 20 ft away from the roadway, if someone is gonna get hurt/die only one of us should be in danger I wrecked my friend’s dad’s trailer I was hauling back home for him and was waiting to see if we were going to try to get it towed and salvage it. I pulled over on the shoulder and waited in the ditch like 10 feet away about 6 feet lower than the road, and the cop who came to check on me told me that even that was pretty unsafe and escorted me to the offramp So uh, how do you propose I fix the reason my car is on the side of the road if I’m not supposed to be anywhere around it?

What’s incredible is seeing people hop out of their cars on a snowy icy interstate to avoid getting hit. But would you rather not be in your car getting hit or standing outside your car getting hit? I will risk it inside my car every time A Canadian soldier lost her son this way. She was off duty and got an urgent call to report to base. She got into uniform, put her baby boy into the Philadelphia 76ers X Dachshund Dogs shirt besides I will buy this car seat, and drove towards his babysitter’s place to drop him off. On the way there, she hit a patch of ice and I believe her car was undriveable after hitting a barrier or ditch. At any rate, she decided to get out and move away from the car for safety reasons. She had just got her baby out of the car when she was hit. Her baby died and she ended up needing a leg amputated.
You forgot that your wheels can also drive on the Philadelphia 76ers X Dachshund Dogs shirt besides I will buy this grass… Pull way further than the shoulder itself if you can, it’s way safer. Happened ro me a while back. Car conked out and I was stuck on a very busy 8 lane highway, car width shoulder with a concrete barrier. Cars passing at 100kmh+ so close my car would rock. Frightening! Stayed buckled up until the tow. Lord love the tow truck driver for hooking me up in those conditions. Four girls in my city were taking an Uber home at around 4am a few days ago and pulled over on the highway because one of them had to vomit. Some person in an SUV somehow veered off the road and crashed into them on the shoulder, killing one of them… like how does that even happen? A father of 2 just died in my city this week this way. His trailer detached from his truck and he has stopped to check it out – a college kid killed him on the side of the road. Just awful.

More about this Philadelphia 76ers X Dachshund Dogs shirt

Hello! First of all, I would like to get started by saying that, please don’t take this rant/post to heart, I just felt really alone, and frustrated. I am currently studying in 10th grade, and I know I am too young to think about such things, but just hear me out, okay? My parents always shielded me from the Philadelphia 76ers X Dachshund Dogs shirt besides I will buy this more darker aspects of our society as a whole, so I was quite oblivious to the whole dark skin, white skin until later. I never could understand why guys would look at me like I was this horrid thing, or why the girls in my class would try cutting or bleaching their faces, just because, quote, “they were different.” In fact, now that I think of it, my parents actually made me believe that having a tan skin, was equivalent to having a superpower cause darker women were usually more confident, traditional, smart and with a whole lot of brains. I know it was stupid, since skin colour doesn’t equate to your genes lmao, but still, it was nice to think about it like that when I was a little kiddo. I honestly didn’t care, I just told myself, well when I grow up, I will find (what my mom always told me) “a dark, ugly, smart boy who above everything has honesty”. I never cared how someone looked, because to me, why should I put expectations on someone, when I can’t meet those myself?
But what really hurt me, were the Philadelphia 76ers X Dachshund Dogs shirt besides I will buy this Indians on Youtube, the ones in the comment, saying that all Indian girls are stuck up ignoramuses who act so modern and independent and dare to reject their advances, despite being “kali” and ugly. Whereas on the other hand, white women (Russian women were talked about almost everywhere) are more better, because they are fairer and hence, are more traditional and submissive. I just wanted to know, as an younger member of this country, who truly loved her motherland and the place where she was born, and had it in her intentions, to never hurt anyone, be it by mistake or intentionally, Should I just give up my dreams and hopes or ever perhaps, falling in love with someone of my dreams, just because I am dark skinned?
And I know I am a part of the Philadelphia 76ers X Dachshund Dogs shirt besides I will buy this younger generation, but please, be honest with me, that is all I ask out of each of you. EDIT: Thank you so much for the replies! I never thought, that there would be so many people who would give me such good advice! I unfortunately, cannot reply to each and every one of you, but I do wish all of you the best for life! Also, perhaps I have been putting too much efforts to seek validation from others, hence I will try to work on myself for me and not for others. Thanks again!Your life purpose is not to find validation from men . Also, many of them are dark skinned too. You should learn to stop worrying about things you can’t control. Also, pay attention to things that makes you a better person that yourself last month.
It took me years of seeking validation in relationships and an abusive relationship repeatedly invalidating me to learn this Philadelphia 76ers X Dachshund Dogs shirt besides I will buy this exact thing – my life purpose is not to find validation from anyone, especially not men! I’m now very very happily single. I am so sorry that you had to go through that! Lots of love and hugs for you, to be in such a toxic situation is truly harrowing. Easier said than done. We are social beings and naturally crave validation and connection with others. Being not *conventionally attractive ” hinders that process of connection naturally which affects other parts of life too. Thank you! As an young Indian, and someone who is going through teenage years, in a way, validation had been a key part of boosting my confidence.
But now I see that, perhaps, these things are out of my control. And I will try my best, to make sure that I can grow as a person. why just men , most of the Philadelphia 76ers X Dachshund Dogs shirt besides I will buy this indians irrespective of gender are very much racist and prefer fair skin over darker . Yes, perhaps that is the same reason, why Asian countries with more fairer skin, are usually respected more and heard about more in Asia. I can vouch for this to some extent. Because at the end of the day, when you see those ads on the newspapers, about wanting brides who are “fair”, it is actually the family craving for such. The internet gives a platform to all sorts of people to say all sorts of crap. According to some dudes on the internet, Margot Robbie is “mid” lol. As a young girl, start filtering out the misogynistic noise on the internet because it is extremely toxic and will wreak havoc on your mental health if you take it to heart. However my bigger concern is that you yourself might be internalizing the idea of dark = inferior. I noticed you said you’ll find a “dark, ugly, smart boy” and that’s really disappointing – why not aspire for a “dark, handsome, smart boy”? If you don’t mentally reinforce the fact dark skin is equally beautiful, this toxicity will seep into your thinking and you’ll start subconsciously believing it.
Lastly, look for representation of beautiful dark skinned women in the Philadelphia 76ers X Dachshund Dogs shirt besides I will buy this media. It will reinforce the beauty of dark skin that seems to be eroding for you. My boyfriend is half-Indian with dark skin and he is devastatingly handsome to me, honestly. He feels unattractive because he doesn’t fit into Indian beauty standards. I think he’s ridiculously good-looking and it makes me very sad to read someone else associating dark skin with ugliness, even if it’s not intentional. I don’t feel like I’m compromising on looks with him; he’s gorgeous and I’m very lucky. First of all, thank you so much for the advice! As an younger generation, I wish my parents would have warned me about the amount of toxicity one might face, based on colour.
Second, the Philadelphia 76ers X Dachshund Dogs shirt besides I will buy this reason why I said “ugly” was partly because, the last time I posted somewhere, and said one day I wish I will find a dark, smart and handsome guy, I was attacked by incels and misogynists, for daring to want a good looking guy, when I am most probably looking like a soot covered worm. Also the other reason is that, my mom since I was a kid (which I have mentioned in the post) told me that, do not set expectations for someone or aspire someone good looking, instead aspire someone who is smart, intelligent and wonderful from the inside. It’s been a tradition tbh in my family, for women to marry lesser appealing men, because, in their words, “do not put expectations on someone, that you know you cannot strive to fullfill.” Also, I actually loved my colour since I was born, because I thought that it was cool that my skin looked like those latina models. I just hate the way, people treat me for it.
Thank you sire, great words right there. Your advice was exactly what I needed. Thanks to you I have not only started flying, but also, got murdered by my mom, for telling her that “I don’t give a fuck” , when she asked me to clean my room. Jokes aside, good advice, and I will try my best to not listen to what others think about me, and try to work on myself. As a dark skinned woman from the Philadelphia 76ers X Dachshund Dogs shirt besides I will buy this south, I know exactly what you’re talking about. I was never insecure about my skin colour, however, I wasn’t secure about it either. Well, I embrace my skin color now more than ever. The right guys will come your way. The ones that are discriminating based on skin tone are already a red flag and consider it as dodging a bullet. Remember, preference and discrimination are two different things. In my experience, I’ve been approached by north indian guys more. I think it all comes down to maturity, honestly. Believe me when I say that there was a time when Tamilian women’s beauty was admired for being “enna-karuppu” (oil-black). This was not very long back, perhaps during the 80s-90s.
I’d blame it on Tamil cinema who’ve been obsessed to depict dark skinned heroes wooing fair skinned heroines. Ironically the Philadelphia 76ers X Dachshund Dogs shirt besides I will buy this heroines were never Tamilian and had to be hired from Bombay and Delhi. Yes, when I was small, instead of watching movies from my own region, I was obsessed with South Indian movies with English subtitles or just dubbed in a language I could understand, because I just absolutely love their culture and also the fact that they looked so much like me! Also, as a Bengali, North Indians are supposed to be more familiar to me, because Bengalies are famous for their beauty and fair skin. But because of this, I felt more at ease with South Indian people, because they didn’t use tons of makeup to make themselves white or fair. Not at all kiddo. You are young and such thoughts of insecurity are very common for a dark skinned person especially due to our society’s fondness of associating white skin to beauty. Its nothing of such sort.
Please don’t give up on the Philadelphia 76ers X Dachshund Dogs shirt besides I will buy this idea of falling in love and finding a good partner and living a good life just because you think that boys think dark skin girls aren’t attractive. It’s not true. No matter what people say but there good men out there who value a good women irrespective of her skin color. So don’t overthink it. As you grow older you will realise what matters more is a person’s health rather than his color. A healthy person is always attractive. Belive me, I am talking from experience. So I would suggest you invest more on your health. Take care of your skin (not color). Eat good foods, have healthy habits and avoid getting into smoking and drinking. Try to become a kind and polite person. Be respectful towards people. Be humble. Invest in becoming more confident person. Good people are out there and they value people who hard working, confident and healthy. Don’t worry about what anyone says to you about your skin color. Just focus on becoming better as you grow.
not all, but 90% yes they don’t like black skin. I am not going to lie and tell it’s not true. There are also guys who don’t care about skin color (as long as you are good looking). Also you aren’t the Philadelphia 76ers X Dachshund Dogs shirt besides I will buy this only one struggling to find love, a lot of us are. There are also ugly, short and fat guys/girls who struggle. Infact even average and good looking ones have trouble. For what it is worth, I’m a white guy from Canada. I think Indian women of all shades are generally quite lovely. The really dark ladies from Tamil Nadu can be really stunning. A lot of boys are shallow and many guys lately are influenced into misogyny by people like Tate – esp teens and young adults. Some guys grow out of that mindset when they’re older, once over 25 or so when you’ll meet men interested in actual intimacy and look beyond such aspects like skin tone. As of now, focus on your studies. In india, the importance of financial independence for women cannot be overstated. IF you ever want some liberty in your future to make your own choices and decisions in life, you need a stable career where you earn enough to be on your own. I don’t think men over 25 really overlook skin colour. My boss literally put filters(yes he had an excel sheet ) on the skin colour for his shadi.com prospects. Be positive, work on your body be confident don’t compare with other it’s kill happiness you are 10 u have a waay ahead of life.
People are more mean on social media than they are in real life because they can get away with saying anything so they don’t give a second thought to what they’re writing. Same is true about large groups. People take rash decisions in large groups. Some person might make fun of your looks when you initially meet them but the Philadelphia 76ers X Dachshund Dogs shirt besides I will buy this same person after hanging out with you for a long time might become a close caring friend. It’s really hard to generalise such a statement to all Indian men or people in general. So rather than worrying about what everyone thinks about you, it’d help you to focus more on who you care about and what they think of you. Also, I have noticed that the social groups are meaner and more discriminative in school times(when they are younger). When I was in high school and earlier, there used to be bully groups who’d shit talk everyone and also target me over skin color sometimes. But once I got in college, I rarely see these kind of people. Maybe my group changed? Why don’t you try befriending people you like and respect instead of the meanies?
Bro Instagram is literally a battlefield I have deleted that app and reinstalled and deleted so many times The comment section is so suffocating lmao And it’s getting worse day by day Hear it from a 34(F): what men think about you doesn’t mean a thing in the Philadelphia 76ers X Dachshund Dogs shirt besides I will buy this long run, but I do get where you are coming from. I have dusky skin, and though I was an all-rounder child, I still heard comments about my skin color. It doesn’t matter really. The right person, boy or a girl will see you for how you are. Your wits, smarts, kindness, and imperfections. If you want a confidence boost, look up styling videos for dusky skins, experiment with clothing, feel good about yourself. First of all, that is so savage, the way you shifted from this totally chill and sweet lady, to that badass reply for bullies, gotta admit, that was smooth.
And thanks a lot for understanding what I meant and sympathising with it! Lots of love and hugs, and have a great life! No ,i like more of a tan brown deepika Padukone- ish skin colour, not a big fan of the Philadelphia 76ers X Dachshund Dogs shirt besides I will buy this pale milky skin either. North indians seem to like the caucasian -like white skin tone, not me. The funny part is even dark skinned men and women like fair skinned opposite gender, I am dark too(People think I am south indian and I am Marathi), all my gfs have been fair skinned it’s not that bad to be a dark man as compared to dark girls i guess .all I can say is there are very few people who are perfect in every physical stereotype, don’t give too much thought take care of your physique focus on your body which you can change , i wish you could meet teacher of my nephew ,bombshell of a women confident, feminine 10/10 in every way imaginable and is dark no one cares everyone just stares at her. don’t let something like this hold u back in life ,be better version of yourself take care live your life.
Hey Kiddo. I am sorry that you have to face this discrimination but keep this in your mind, we are living in a failed and discriminating society who likes to project their insecurity on other people. White skin preference is a colonial mindset, and sadly it hasn’t change much because there was very limited representation of the Philadelphia 76ers X Dachshund Dogs shirt besides I will buy this brown skin females but things are changing now. And for you, I would suggest you make your own beliefs and judge for yourself. As long as you are not actively holding a core belief that brown skin equals inferiority in terms of beauty, you are good. Don’t let the world convince you otherwise. I personally adore brown skin. I have it too. Been through what you are going through, but luckily for me I had lot of women idols and majority of them were people of colour and that has played a pivotal role helping me to discover how I actually love my skin. Also you are so so much more than just your skin. Focus on being a good and a happy person, that makes everyone look beautiful.
