They are effectively saying that since these are old people they cannot use the knowledge they gain to “generate profit” whereas young people who are new to the workforce are going to financially benefit from education. Hah. They’re only doing it this way to comply with Minnesota law. Most of us could barely afford to take these classes. People who took them basically for free didn’t take it seriously. They were bored, and ignored, and now they had a captive audience.
