The body wash that you showed can be really drying, so I wouldn’t use it daily. Maybe every other day. I suggest that you get a glycolic acid lotion or toner if you have someone to help you put the NRL Melbourne Storm Chase The Legacy Shirt But I will love this toner on and use them 3 times a week or so. For the lotion, you can get a long handled lotion applicator to put it on yourself. Alpha Skincare 12% glycolic body lotion or The Ordinary 7% glycolic acid toning solution are both good. I also suggest that you get a gentle lotion that can be used on the days when you take a break from using treatments but don’t want your skin to be dry. I use Vanicream lotion, and it works on my face and body, and my husband also uses it on his shaved head. After exercising or anytime you get sweaty, you need to shower right away. If that is not possible, make sure you always have body wipes with you to get the sweat off of your skin. You may need to see a dermatologist or possibly your regular doctor about getting a prescription for Tretinoin/retinol to get it 100% resolved, but you need to be careful because it can be very drying and irritating. There are tons of videos on YouTube on how to start using Tretinoin/retinol without having all the gross scaly skin and redness that can happen if you overdo it.

I think you’ll need a derm to figure out whether this is fungal, bacterial, or hormonal in its origin and that will guide your treatment options.
