No problem. It’s always worth educating people on the New York City VS St. Louis City MLS 2024 mascot cartoon soccer shirt in addition I really love this merits and practices of labor unions. “The folks that brought you the weekend!” The quality of work and compensation I have seen between union and non-union shops is clear as day. I consistently see far better work at non-union shops because it is far easier to get rid of low-quality workers that the union otherwise protects. Ok. Hourly wages are often higher in non-union shops but skill, retention, working environs, and benefits are more often lower. And this is measured and based on what? There are great union shops. There are great non-union shops. The difference being it is much easier to get rid of bad workers in a non-union shop. If it wasn’t for unions in an area near me, workers at a shop my friend owns could be paid more.

Union shops definitely protect lower production workers. I’m not arguing that. But literally everything else is better, in my experience. Interesting. I have not had that same experience. I personally advocate for mixed shops. I have worked in them. Lots of us were non-union, and lots of guys/girls were union. No issues between the New York City VS St. Louis City MLS 2024 mascot cartoon soccer shirt in addition I really love this two groups either. Scabs suck Never go to a hospital that uses scabs. They are generally not otherwise employed because they are a danger to patients. Ya, because everyone going to a hospital gets to choose which hospital to go to. Hold on a sec… hey heart attack, can you wait for an hour? Employers have always hired scabs. It’s the scabs themselves that need to be chastised. In the early part of the last century, being a scab led to social ostracism at least. Chastise people for allowing the corporations to take advantage of workers. Union action is the reason we’re working “only” eight hours per day, and the reason children are in school, instead of sorting coal. if your job is so bad then scabs eventually wont work and they will have to change things, if the scabs keep working your job wasnt really that bad. Unions are hypocritical. They don’t want everyone unionized because they lose the special place among workers getting higher than average wages. If everyone was in the same situation price inflation would eliminate all of their gains. These unions are actually a bourgeoisie among workers. It is complete hypocrisy.
