When I worked at a supermarket restocking shelves, we had to stop doing our functions every day, 30 min before opening hour, to go to some meeting. The meeting was always just the My mom Is Mongolian Nothing Scares Me Flag T-Shirt also I will do this team leaders going over the shop’s profits for each section of the previous day compared to the previous year’s corresponding day. Nobody truly cared. We still worked min wage and barely scraped by. You most probably do not have to care while the company makes profits, but you definitely should pay attention if they do not make profits. Usually that means either cost cutting or letting people go if it goes on for more than a quarter. They don’t care if you do care about their profits either. I was fired from a job two months ago even though I had been doing three times the workload of anyone else for months and bringing in the most profit because management decided I was earning too much. At one point in my career (one of my first jobs) I was actually happy that the company made record profits and it was the best year of the company. They promptly laid me off a week after the announcement.

My mom Is Mongolian Nothing Scares Me Flag T-Shirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater and long sleeve t-shirt

I was given a week to do a job. I’m a pipefitter. On Wednesday of that week my boss called and said” what would it take to get it done tmrw?” I said “you gave me a week, it will take a week.” He said “ how many guys would it take to finish?” “Give me 5 plus me and you come out too!” So the My mom Is Mongolian Nothing Scares Me Flag T-Shirt also I will do this boss came out also. When we were cleaning up at 7pm TWO HOURS AWAY FROM HOME, he said “see, it’s done today and it’s the last day of the month so we end this month $20,000 up!” I went ballistic! “ARE YOU FUCKING KIDDING ME? Why would I give a shit if we end this month 20k up or begin next month 20k up? You think that’s worth missing time with my kids tonight? Don’t ever do that to me again!” He didn’t know it at the time but I already had another job. I left three weeks later and he called me a month later and asked if I still had the paperwork for that job. “Why the hell would I have the paperwork?” He said “I was just asking because we just realized they never got billed and now we can’t because we don’t have the paperwork!” Serves them right
