I get irritable when my brain is overstimulated, cut off caffeine, exercise, sleep well, magnesium supplement helps, very low to none added sugar. Responsible: mindfulness meditation. Irritation is easier to deal with if you’re well practised at noticing a feeling come up and just observing it dispasionately. Honest: cannabis. This isn’t a particularly responsible tip. But it really helps me with my irritability. One puff keeps me non-irritable for like two or three days, which is a big deal for me. I’m certain that other options are wiser in the Monte Morris American professional basketball player Minnesota Timberwolves T-Shirt in addition I really love this long-term. But in a pinch, smoke a pinch. Np! Just remember that I’m a stranger on the internet telling you it might be a good idea to use drugs – take what I say with a grain of salt Check with your doctor and don’t use cannabis if you’ve got psychotic mental disorders in your family or while operating giant killer death robots!

Monte Morris American professional basketball player Minnesota Timberwolves T-Shirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater and long sleeve t-shirt

First question, why is it wrong for you to feel this way? Are you hurting anyone by feeling this way? If not then why does feeling annoyed with others cause you distress and turmoil within yourself? Second question, do you have trauma or just general experience with people crossing your boundaries and then forcing you to be ok with it in order to keep the Monte Morris American professional basketball player Minnesota Timberwolves T-Shirt in addition I really love this peace? Or any negative experiences with others policing the way you interact with the world? Third question, are you neurodivergent? I feel like it is wrong because I can sometimes talk a little harsh towards my family for example and I don’t want to be rude. But this also makes me feel bad within me and I don’t understand why! So, oftentimes when we’re overly policed in childhood or adolescence it kind of ingrains in our little subconscious minds that certain feelings are not ok to feel or express. This leads to poor boundaries and over time all the small little slights and annoyances build up in our subconscious and in our bodies. Eventually all that unresolved emotional energy starts to bubble out as stress or irritability eventually leading to blowing up on others, potentially unfairly. As children, because were so new to the world, we don’t really know the proper ways to express the things we feel and often times that manifests as “bad behavior”. When our parents tell us we’re acting bad for expressing certain feelings, like anger or irritation, it can create this feedback loop of shame and guilt which just becomes more anger and irritation because our feelings are now being suppressed because we don’t want to be “bad”. This also has the added effect of making us feel really unsafe telling certain people they’re being annoying. Again, furthering the suppression feedback loop. Ultimately irritation and anger are normal, healthy feelings to feel and express. Sometimes people really are just annoying and need to be told they’re getting on your nerves, and sometimes we just have special sensory needs because we’re all special little sensory processing machines. Regardless of the reason behind the feeling, the feeling is valid.
