I avoided Sony TV cause all their products may be good but they are definitely overpriced and they have rude customer care . Similar experience here. The service guys at Sony are assholes. I gave my headset for repair because one side of it was not working, there was a tear on the Magic The Gathering Lion Knight Shirt but in fact I love this cushion and they said that they couldn’t replace it if it was torn. Sony has shitty service for most of their products in India. This is one of the biggest drawbacks. For example I have a ps5 and if it’s out of warranty and something is wrong then you can’t do anything. They won’t repair , they’ll say they can give discount on new one , seriously ? Yes – the same thing happened to me – They said we can give you a new pair for a discounted price of “just” 18,000. They are clueless and don’t know what it feels like to be on the other end or they simply don’t care enough. It’s pathetic. On the Flipside if it’s under warranty, they give you a new one too. This is how I went from a Fat PS3 to the Slim PS3 and then too the Super Slim PS3.

(My phone was still under warranty, but the battery warranty had expired, they opened my phone and said it wasn’t a faulty battery but faulty wiring near the battery) Not yet. I got the headphones from these idiots today only. I am thinking of going to another service centre as well but I am afraid they’ll say the same things as now the service sheet is already generated for my headphones and they have put “Out of Warranty” in it. Dude go to a better service centre in your city if possible. I have the wcf-500 I had battery issues a week after my warranty expired after using the earphones for more than a year and they were still kind enough to give me a replacement with a new one.
