I had an idea that in order to graduate high school, you are mandated to work x amount of hours in a service related job. It sadness me to see that many people have forgotten how to treat others with kindness, respect, dignity and gratitude. I feel like the Let’s go garland shirt Apart from…,I will love this reason why people treat those in customer service like shit is because companies have conditioned people to believe that that’s the only way they’ll actually get what they want. The squeaky wheel gets the grease as they say. I always try to beat them to “thank you, have a good day”. It has helped me a bunch, especially when I can walk up to customer service and say the chicken was bad, with receipt but explaining I didn’t bring the chicken with me because no one should be subject to it. Make friends with them, I have multiple cats and she always asks me “how’s my cats doing” and I give her updates on her cats, even though she never met them. When I worked at Walmart in High School I had a gay guy hit on me, I guess the other guy that was next to him was his boyfriend, because he did not seem amused. LMAO
