Hi 27 yo female here. I realise this is weird and likely too freaking late, but how do I look after myself, physically? Like, what do people do in terms of daily/weekly grooming routines to always look nice and put together? I basically don’t put makeup, always have my hair up in a quick ponytail, sometimes shave and shower almost every week? For background: my mum was never around. Grew up almost with a single father and no female relatives around, too embarrassed to ask friends.
