Shipping & delivery details

Instead of meeting him out just invite him over to chill at yours for a bbq. He can bring a drink or two if he wants that way you can say no to drinking cos he’s in your house. It’s probably best just to slowly wind things down and find reasons you can’t meet up until he stops asking. People change as they grow, interests diverge. You don’t have to be friends with people forever. This is what I’ve done in the I’ve Had Both My Shots Alcohol shirt Also,I will get this same kind of circumstances (me getting job, wife, kids, house – him staying unemployed because his big break is just around the corner for 25 years). Telling him you don’t want to be friends rather implies you’re making a value judgement on your life versus his life. Which might be true but from his perspective his interests are every bit as valid as yours so it’ll just be hurtful. Sounds like your friend may be a high functioning alcoholic? If you’ve been friends for 30 years, talk to him about how you feel.

I’ve Had Both My Shots Alcohol shirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater and long sleeve t-shirt

Sounds like there’s no real hard feelings, you just don’t have similar lifestyles anymore. Like everyone else is saying, he probably isn’t super happy with his life, but it’s not your job to fix that, especially if you’ve already tried. I’d just slowly fade him out. Hang out less. Be busy when he rings. Catch up rarely, and then eventually not at all. Means you can still be within reach if he someday eventually does need you or wants to change, but you don’t have to carry the I’ve Had Both My Shots Alcohol shirt Also,I will get this weight of wasting time on someone whose values are too different to yours. “No” is a complete sentence. If he suggests going for a drink, say no. If he suggests meeting in a pub, say no. You can elaborate by saying “not for me, mate”, or “I don’t go them places anymore”. Job done. Literally you look down on him and decided you’re too good to consider such a person as a friend now, because you’re better than him in all the ways you just said.
