Honest honest response, I know folks wont like ! I think ugh, a young folk that is special and full of mental illness, probably anxiety, that needs attention. Tattoos are not cool anymore lol (I have some myself dont worry). Literally everyone has tattoos now. It’s not interesting or unique anymore like it once was.. I just recently started working as a CMA, so I usually see tattoos during BP readings or when patients pull up/down clothing to show me their area of concern. More often than not, I don’t acknowledge it but will admire/look at the It’s Nice To Be Stroked But I’d Rather Be Blown T-Shirt and I will buy this tattoos. Some patients I will ask them about them (usually if I feel they are anxious) to get a conversation going. To me, tattoos are art you can carry with you. More often than not, people are usually excited to talk about the tattoo, the meaning behind it, etc. (Especially if they have a few tattoos. People absolutely covered in them tend to forget or disregard all of their tattoos I’ve noticed and seem to forget they’re there) For the most part, fully tatted people I’ve met can be really coolant down to earth. I’ve met the occasional tatted person whose not that fun to talk to. Overall, I just look at them as art, and not an indication of their personalities.
