I ordered an item last week which was broken and so I ordered a replacement, and the delivery guy for the replacement calls me for 1s, hangs up, and postpones the delivery to next day. This happened for two days and then the item was withheld with the carrier. I contacted customer service and that dude reordered the item for me. About 30 minutes later, I get a call from the local delivery hub and the lady claims to be the manager and apologizes profusely and promises delivery on the same day, which did not happen. It is again asking me to contact customer service to reschedule. It is not like my house is in the middle of a lake infused with crocodiles and at least once everyday an item is delivered to someone in my apartment.
