I know her drag wasn’t always “””polished””” (that seems to be the word we all agreed on), but damn if her face wasn’t always pretty. thank you, so now i’m just wondering why everyone’s hating on luxx’s but nobody said anything about naomi’s…. hmmm… The nose contour was actually the first thing I noticed about Lux in her MTQ. I think it’s just meant to help her stand out. Also, she has some looks where she combines animal or fantasy inspired elements. So I thought that the nose contour was meant to allude to that fantastical, mythical creature type look. I fw the nose tbh it’s like really sharp and pointy looking! So we disagree there but I will agree on Salina the mug was great

It grew on me the I’m Saxophone Grandpa Just Like A Normal Except Much Cooler T-Shirt besides I will buy this first time I saw her on instagram a couple of years ago I was definitely taken back by the nose contour. I love it. I love that she’s embracing her broader nose. Never understood the obsession with razor thin pointy noses in drag, and don’t understand why people can’t appreciate doing something unique in an art form that’s supposed to celebrate that. This is what I assumed, that it was purposeful to reject the trend of slimming down the nose and instead just make her natural wider nose pop I think it’s great for photos but it looks super weird when she’s performing, she paints the underside so dark it really looks unnatural I neither hate it nor love it but I do find it intriguing that it is painted to such a sharp, thin line BUT thats somehow highlights the real width of the nose underneath. Maybe even makes it look wider? I don’t look at Luxx in the workroom scenes and think her nose is wide so perhaps it’s like a… opposite optical illusion?! Sometimes I see girls paint the white under their nose and bring the point up wayyy too high, which gives a sorta rhinoplasty look. Luxx totally avoids that look from what I’ve seen, it always looks super intentional and polished, and flows with the rest of the makeup. I loooove her nose contour. It’s so cute. And tbh no matter how these girls choose to chisel their nose, they’re doing better than me. I got a nose job and I still look like a pug. This is probably a hot take but mistresses nose contour bothers me. I’m not makeup expert but I just don’t like how thin It makes her nose. It makes it look like all her facial features are scrunched in the middle of her face. But again I’m no makeup expert and my opinion rlly doesn’t matter, she should do her makeup how she likes – the nose contour just isn’t my cup of tea.
