I’m sorry but I wouldn’t want my tax money going to mostly to drug addicts on the street. I’d rather it support communities that will actually improve. So, hear me out, people like to spend their own hard earned money on themselves instead of others. Shocking I know! It’s because maintaining living space in a park like that would be kind of a nightmare. You need to consider sanitation, WASH. Where are they getting their water? Where’s the waste going? Now, in an ideal world we would have the resources for sanitation and whatnot. Maybe a little RV-like park for indigient individuals. Poster are you a bot or braindead I genuinely have to ask at this point. A bunch of homeless people have tents they aren’t all sleeping in the rain and snow because the homeless population would deal with itself if this were true. Then idk what you’re expecting here. So we should give them plastic bubbles? Do you think the government is give people yoga bubbles? Need far more than a plastic dome. They’ll need water/electricity etc. A lot of homeless people are, unfortunately, mentally ill or addicts and are more likely to not maintain their property. IE: You’ll need a lot more resources to house homeless people and then actually help, those that need it, them maintain their property/selves Because they lower property values and storefront marketing.
