Most people who are good looking have to put in active effort to make themselves look good and the opposite is true as well. Now if you feel like that is not the reason you thought you were qualified for the job and that you don’t deserve the role you can choose to quit, I don’t think anyone would blame you. Don’t get me wrong I’m not saying that any of this is a good thing, but there is a reason the majority of servers are attractive females, they generally get more tips and generally pull in more service, could a man do the job just as well, absolutely, but they would still probably get less tips.

Appearance is a big deal! Did you know someone(male or female)who is 6 ft tall statistically makes $166k more in a 30 year period over someone who is 5ft 5? Or, you can use it to your advantage and crush it in sales or whatever responsibilities you have. We live in a society where being attractive helps in almost every way. You can appreciate the privilege without manipulating it to your advantage. But ultimately, relax, it’s not like you got elected head trauma surgeon on your looks alone.
