That being said if you like their content too why not work together? Collaborating can be great to share and grow audiences, plus having feedback from someone creating in the I’m Having A Bad Day Cincinnati Bengals Not Bad Enough Let’s Make It Worse shirt In addition,I will do this exact same niche as you has gotta be helpful right? I mean half the advice I’ve managed to get in here has been pretty irrelevant to my niche It does sound a bit self-promoting but you have (had!) an opportunity for a collab, perhaps, or at least to help them out in some way. I’m always open to chatting to others even if they’re in the same niche. You never know. I have made so many friends in my niche by commenting on their videos. I have a channel as well, but that doesn’t mean I am view fishing. I truly enjoy the content. A lot of collaborations have evolved through reaching out and letting others know that I create in the same genre. Some see other creators as competition, that’s an aggressive point of view, in my opinion.

I’m Having A Bad Day Cincinnati Bengals Not Bad Enough Let’s Make It Worse shirt: buy and enjoy this shirt

Another point to make….how do small channels get their name out there if not by commenting on other videos in their niche? Unless they pay for promotion, this is the I’m Having A Bad Day Cincinnati Bengals Not Bad Enough Let’s Make It Worse shirt In addition,I will do this only way within youtube, to start making connections. My final point is this, all engagement is good engagement for your channel. Barring, of course, true spam comments that are nefarious in nature, you should be excited that people are engaging in the comments of your videos. To all who say it is cringe…did you pay your way to the top or organically grow through interactions with others? It sounds like he was trying to talk with you about the game and your experiences with it IMO. Really it comes down to how he phrased it and if he did anything else to try and grab your viewers.
I wouldn’t have deleted it me personally. U kind of violated that guy. When I see someone make the I’m Having A Bad Day Cincinnati Bengals Not Bad Enough Let’s Make It Worse shirt In addition,I will do this same type of video I’m making, I have an urge to comment too, not for self promotion purposes, but just because it’s nice seeing people come at the same type of video you’ve made from different angles. Also people commenting drives up engagement, and therefore views, the more comments the better. I had a guy doing the same as me commenting on a few of my videos. I didn’t see anything wrong it – they were all positive comments. I only had one comment before this, which was just a thumbs up emoticon, so I’m not in a position to be deleting comments that say they like my content. Maybe it was subtle self-promotion; if it was, then it kinda worked ’cause I subbed back. Even if he is technically “the competition”, I think we both helped each other rather than hurt each other.

Description for I’m Having A Bad Day Cincinnati Bengals Not Bad Enough Let’s Make It Worse shirt

He is much more established than I am. I’ve only posted 13 videos. I’m pretty new. He didn’t mention or suggest any type of collaboration. If he’s much more established than you are, no offense, but it doesn’t really make sense for him to be commenting on your video to “steal” your viewers – you probably already share a lot of the I’m Having A Bad Day Cincinnati Bengals Not Bad Enough Let’s Make It Worse shirt In addition,I will do this same viewers. He may have legitimately liked your video. He may have been trying to give you a compliment. He may have been trying to open the door for a future collaboration. You actually erased the comment?!?! Bro why would you act like that? Think about it? He more established then you, and took the time to comment something positive on your video. Whether or not he’s self promoting means nothing. Because it’s a positive thing for you either way. That type of attitude is what will hold a content creator back. There’s enough views for all of us my guy. Never try and gatekeep or hog views. Spread the wealth. We all can eat. I say this respectfully, change the way you think as far as YouTube. Be righteous no matter if others are not. You will succeed
Yeah that last part is where I think people are missing the I’m Having A Bad Day Cincinnati Bengals Not Bad Enough Let’s Make It Worse shirt In addition,I will do this mark. If he had said something like “let’s collaborate” then sure, but the way he came at you 100% comes off like he’s using you for free advertising and nothing more, and is not getting off on the right foot as coming off as a good actor or someone trustworthy to collaborate with. That’s what I was thinking. I wouldn’t even mention I was doing the same content if I put a comment on someone’s video. How would I know? I’m asking the question because some of you may be able to give me guidance…a different perspective? Which some of you have. Isn’t that what this subreddit is for? And I tell you what..I’m quite happy to have 27 subscribers. I’ve never done this before and am learning. The answer is they wouldn’t. I’m not criticizing your channel. Judging from your responses to other comments, it seems like you already have your mind made up and you’re just looking for validation.
Honestly even if he is self promoting, who cares lol. He isn’t you and that’s what is unique about your channel. I wouldn’t think anything of it, plus he said he liked your content. I mentioned this I’m Having A Bad Day Cincinnati Bengals Not Bad Enough Let’s Make It Worse shirt In addition,I will do this to another person posting something similar. They can steal your ideas etc etc but what they can’t steal is you. You are what makes your channel special. Good luck to you Honestly, I think it’s going to greatly depend on how competitive/adversarial your niche is. Mine is pretty collaborative, and someone watching my stuff wouldn’t mean they also wouldn’t want to watch other people’s stuff. I think it’s fairly common and I see it mostly as just talking about something we love and have both experienced. I can see it being an issue in different niches though.
Lol i must be weird that happens from time to time on my channel, ill go into detail about why i like the I’m Having A Bad Day Cincinnati Bengals Not Bad Enough Let’s Make It Worse shirt In addition,I will do this game etc and actually post thier channel link in my response telling my viewers to go check them out for a different perspective. I usually end up getting more subscribers and views for some reason. For example, i had a much larger channel comment, something similar to what you experienced. I had like 225 subscribers, and they had around 400k. We had a mini back and forth where i told everyone to check out their channel. Within maybe 5 days, i was at 1100 subscribers after only growing maybe 2 subscribers a day before that. Could it have been a fluke, maybe, but i do find my channel grows after small interactions like this even when the channel commenting is significantly smaller.
I mean… you could also go onto others pages and post positive comments and get your name out there too? How will people know about your channel if you aren’t out there putting your name there where people can click on it to view your channel? As creators we should be putting our names out there by leaving nice comments on others videos within our niches and letting others reading those comments know that we exist. Because chances are if people are watching their channel and you offer something similar, then what harm is there in reminding others there’s another option? Just be cool about it and don’t “flagrantly” self promote, instead just thinly veil your promotion in a positive comment. Because there’s no harm in “I really loved when you talked about _______, we tried/covered/visited as well and documented it on our channel a few months ago but our experience was definitely much different/same than you scribed. It’s great to see how you covered _. I didn’t think of that perspective.”
Haha u get them Like saw this guy comment on this other vid. And some other guy commented I know u. You make great vids manMeantime I’m telling u it’s the I’m Having A Bad Day Cincinnati Bengals Not Bad Enough Let’s Make It Worse shirt In addition,I will do this same guy. Doesnt matter anyway. Just be better then the competition. As a viewer i never fell for this. Its cheap and desperate. You can spam forums with ur content thats a different case but not yt comment section. I also try to follow similar creators and post my take under their vids, to try to drive people to click on my channel if they feel like to but i just do normal discussions. Not gerilla marketing. I HOPE YOU ALSO DONT COMMENT TO OTHERS YOUTUBERS. They also can smell your plan get views. Becouse you upload videos. Could be self promotion but it can work both ways honestly if you form a mutual relationship and somewhat promote each others videos. Go do the same on their videos and thank them for their support on your page.
It was probably also self promoting, but who cares? If your video is better people will watch you. Atleast the I’m Having A Bad Day Cincinnati Bengals Not Bad Enough Let’s Make It Worse shirt In addition,I will do this guy watched your video. No need to delete his comment haha first, his comment is engagement. That’s good for you. Second, If people who see your channel go to his and really like his content and he had said he liked your content, they may likely sub because someone else endorsed you. how you your viewers know this? i mean if he gets more views then its because he has more skill. hell most related videos are going to be suggested in the sidebar. I do not recommend begging on the comments of other channels. You may end up getting flagged as a spammer by YouTube, or ending up on many ignore lists.
I’ve had this happen to me as well. You’re probably right in thinking it’s self promotion. 9 times out of 10, that’s exactly what they’re doing. That probably is what he was doing, but i wouldn’t be bothered by it. Maybe ho to his channel and do the I’m Having A Bad Day Cincinnati Bengals Not Bad Enough Let’s Make It Worse shirt In addition,I will do this same thing. Cross promote. Wow, this sounds really entitled. You have 27 subscribers, and you think this other channel is going to “Snipe” your audience? Here is another small creator trying to start a dialog and reach out, showing you that you play the same games. This could have led to a collaboration or at the very least, a youtube colleague you could talk to about the process. Instead, you chose the toxic Twitch thinking and just deemed this other person as an enemy out to take your non-existent views.
Do you know what you lose by being friendly and working with other youtubers? Nothing. It doesn’t matter if they are bigger or smaller, collaborations work. If one of the I’m Having A Bad Day Cincinnati Bengals Not Bad Enough Let’s Make It Worse shirt In addition,I will do this channels you work with blows up, some of their views might just find their way to you as well. It’s a lot different if they are stealing your content. This was just another gamer trying to be friendly and notice you. Do better. I always consider it support. Your comments help you. I comment often on similar pages to mine and hope that they do the same. Even on my instagram I always tag People. My content speaks for itself. As long as the commenter isn’t being rude, let it benefit the both of you. It is very unlikely they were trying to steal your viewers for 2 reasons: 1) Very few viewers are even going to click on someone because of a comment like that on your video and 2) as I saw below, he is far more established than you are.
He may have commented hoping you would check out his channel and potentially subscribe if you were interested in his content. I commented on his video saying that I was doing the I’m Having A Bad Day Cincinnati Bengals Not Bad Enough Let’s Make It Worse shirt In addition,I will do this same game, pointed out a little tip for him that I had wished I learned sooner that based on his video he didn’t know yet and then commented on some specifics on his video. He then came to my videos and watched mine and commented on some of them as well, I look at it all as a way to make friends, maybe we will collaborate on something in the future. In any case, the algorithm is probably going to show his content along side mine so imo it’s really just supporting fellow YouTube creators I’ve also commented on a video with a direct link to a video of mine bc the video specifically answered a question they had asked in their video. I hope it wasn’t taken as rude or self promotion, it was literally just trying to help. Now, if the comment was simply “come check out my videos on this same game” then I might feel a little differently I have a how to video and some kid commented saying I forgot to mention something, then he commented a couple days later saying it doesn’t matter now because he made an updated how to video on the subject. His editing and thumbnail were trash and his squeaker voice was annoying and he hardly got any views, whereas mine got thousands. I deleted his comment anyway because it bothered me even though maybe he was trying to help, I also saw it as him trying to take my content idea and get some easy views. I think you did the right thing, even if their intentions weren’t bad. I don’t think so. It sounded like self-promotion trying to ride the coat tails of your views. It’s completely cringe.
Theres a huge different between people who genuinely enjoy your video and engage to you VS those who has hidden agenda for their own benefit. You are right for dealing with him this early. If you dont, he will eventually crawling all over your other videos like a stalker virus spam scammer bot. No you did the I’m Having A Bad Day Cincinnati Bengals Not Bad Enough Let’s Make It Worse shirt In addition,I will do this right thing. If you are a creator and you go into someone else’s comments and talk about your content thats effed up. Esp if you are a bigger creator. That was me who posted that. Apologies. If you head on over to my channel I’ve posted another update which explains it all. I don’t know the streamer industrie, but I personally would reach out and see if you can both throw eachother help. That way it opens doors instead of of working against eachother you could benefit from each other’s followers. I think I’d reach out and and open the conversation to get a feel on the guy. If it’s good use it for mutual benefit. If it’s bad cut em out. Thanks for all the replies. I will handle it differently next time. I appreciate the different perspectives. It really is helpful. That’s a whole part of building a reputation. This principle applies everywhere, not just on YouTube. I personally don’t mind it, as long as the comments on my channel aren’t blatantly promoting their own content When I was live streaming on other platforms I ran into a lot of ideologies regarding “self promo” and saw a lot of drama between creators about it. To a point there can be issues with it in that space, but honestly if you look at your feelings truthfully you’ll see it’s just insecurity. I gave up any sort of mentality regarding that when making videos on YT because there’s not much time sensitive about that content. If people leave and go watch one of my commenters videos it doesn’t mean they won’t still watch mine and if they are leaving my video then there isn’t anything I could do to stop them outside of entertaining them better. I can’t control viewers but I can control my content, so I try to focus on that. From my personal experience as someone who comments on other creators videos who are making content around what I do: It’s just to network or share joy on a topic. I don’t think I hardly ever see any increase in subs or views from commenting on other videos, but I often get to meet other creators with similar interests and if they don’t respond or interact with me I can at least hope I’ve helped them out by adding engagement to their video. IMO one of the hardest things to do, but one that’s pretty crucial is to spend less time on what you think others are doing and have more time to concern yourself with what you’re doing.
Yeah one time the I’m Having A Bad Day Cincinnati Bengals Not Bad Enough Let’s Make It Worse shirt In addition,I will do this other day someone literally posted on my channel ” wow cool video I just posted a video on such and such) and it was like engineering or something and I have a dance channel. didn’t really bother me, I left his comment there but I also didn’t respond, it was like I saw it and it’s like I saw nothing just didn’t care at all.
That’s a good point, if time stops, (assuming you aren’t the I’m Having A Bad Day Cincinnati Bengals Not Bad Enough Let’s Make It Worse shirt In addition,I will do this only one unaffected by the stopping of time) for any duration of real-time, if it did stop, it would stop infinitely. And therein lies the paradox. It will be infinitely paused for you, but time will go on for everyone else as if nothing ever even happened. But Time is a global event not a local event, so wouldn’t that mean if time stopped everyone would experience infinite freeze time? Yes, but since time is a global event, that would mean you’re somehow an outlier. Perhaps to you everyone else looks like they’re frozen, but maybe everyone else is experiencing the same thing, to them perhaps it looks like everyone else (including you) is frozen, but to you it looks like everyone else (including them, but not yourself) is frozen, this perspective applies for everyone, essentially everyone is experiencing their own version of freeze time, that’s my theory at least.
Solid objects are an illusion caused by the I’m Having A Bad Day Cincinnati Bengals Not Bad Enough Let’s Make It Worse shirt In addition,I will do this vibration repelling and collisions of atoms. If time stopped for everyone and everything except for you then there would be nothing except for you. I disagree. The very idea of time travel/manipulation relies on the concept of breaking away from the timeline in which everyone else exists. You know when i was younger i thought of this torture method where you would stop time for everyone but one person for a micro second, you would somehow still freeze this person in place but he would be conscious Now imagine suddenly a man starts screaming or whatever or falls numb to the ground, everyone is confused and meanwhile this man has just experienced a infinite amount of time.
Honestly he would probably not even remember his friends or family and his brain would be completely filled up with nonsense, he received the I’m Having A Bad Day Cincinnati Bengals Not Bad Enough Let’s Make It Worse shirt In addition,I will do this worst torture ever while for everyone else it was just a micro second, something they couldnt even notice You are here to observe time, so therfore time exist and goes by. You just got 20 extra day, outside of line. Your calendar does not match anymore. If time stopped for everyone? I’d binge watch many shows on my list. That way I won’t be late almost every morning. If time stopped just for me? I think I’d find a way to do some things for free, which would otherwise cost me a fortune. I have everything I need to watch downloaded in an external hard drive. I haven’t watched live TV for over a decade… So? Times stopped. You push play and nothing happens because time is stopped. You turn on the power and nothing happens because time is stopped. You touch anything and the relative force of the collision is equal to a collision at the speed of light because time is stopped, meaning it creates a massive amount of energy that vaporizes you, your immediate surroundings, and probably several kilometers in every direction will be utterly destroyed by the force of the blast. This of course includes touching air. Let’s make it simple. I’d have limited access to resources since other people are not there to operate the systems and machines. But I can still press play until my laptop battery runs out of charge. I can still drive a car and go on a ride. I can still walk outside. I don’t think so. If time is frozen for everyone except you that means you are accelerated to a very high speed but your perception has been extremely slowed to counter the relativistic effects that moving as such a high speed would have on you. As such any interaction with anything would have disasterous consequences.
