The only reason I can fathom is the most inspiring person in his/her life is/was a teacher. I would literally lose my shit the first day. Teachers are the most important job in society. FFS no one could do anything besides basic human functions without teachers. I remember a comic from a while back. In the past a kid got bad grades and the parents said to him, explain this. Now kids get bad grades and they ask the teacher to explain it. Maybe it’s not cultural, but a shift in education around the world. The students that were dramatized in the past are now the parents that aren’t respecting teachers.
