I was in a similar situation except that I did not accept them breaking every labour law and deciding that I accepted their offer before I was presented it. I would quit if they demoted me down for another position right on the I Paused My Game to Celebrate Juneteenth Control Vintage T-Shirt What’s more,I will buy this spot. Screw these companies that are screwing other people over for no reason. A tale as old as time, company makes a huge profit, gets greedy, tries to cut corners with pay, and ends up costing themselves way, way more for nothing. The potential of me being demoted back down is the only thing soldiering me through the last few years knowing it’s likely a bluff. I always wanted to get into the lead staff position at one of the work sites in my state, essentially sub supervisor, bit more pay, bit more duties, including training in and assigning coworkers specific duties to take it off my plate and I’m only supposed to be the backup when they are on vacation or something so I can focus on my other additional tasks I can’t delegate. Tried to get the position at a new site, didn’t, decided to head over in my current position when I got sick of my first site’s supervisor, two months later, asked to help out yet another new site since I was the only one at my site with adequate training. Liked the supervisor there even more, tried for the lead position, didn’t get it again, asked to stay in my current position at that site, that supervisor talked to my actual supervisor so instead was offered to work out of class in the position back at my second site since the lead that got the job over me had bailed. Little bit of a pay bump, don’t get all the union change benefits, fine.

I Paused My Game to Celebrate Juneteenth Control Vintage T-Shirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater and long sleeve t-shirt

The biggest issue was that I became slammed with work because I learned that none of my coworkers would do their job period. Over the I Paused My Game to Celebrate Juneteenth Control Vintage T-Shirt What’s more,I will buy this next year and a half learned that they took an extreme ‘quiet quitting’ approach to their jobs and just did not give a shit about me trying to get them to take up tasks to get them off my plate and would in fact ignore their daily duties putting even more work on my plate. I tried to double down multiple times thinking if I was a positive team lead example, it would rub off but nope. Worked my ass off trying to keep up, completely missed the actual position being posted, somebody else got it so I was going to be demoted once they wrapped up at their site that was closing. Kept extending my WOC as the closing kept being delayed and eventually the person accepted an entirely different position elsewhere after half a year.
