Who cares! Not everyone’s gonna like you in life, we got to get over it. We can’t please everyone. There will always be people who like you and some that don’t oh well Dislikes helped me identify a section of a video that should have been edited out. After the Hagrid Always shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this dislikes I went back and watched the video, and the first 30 seconds was no action, I went and made the edit in youtube studio and immediately started getting likes over dislikes. Use it for what it is, a tool for audience to engage. I just try to look at the video critically and figure out why they didn’t like it. Was it not liked because of production or sound, content, bad editing… If I keep getting recommended a video to watch that I have no interest in watching, I will click it and dislike it as that seems to get rid of it and also stops that channels videos being pushed on you, had to do this with reaction channels as the overly gormless faces in the thumbnails is too much to bare lol Some years ago, I was going to teach the book of Esther in Church so decided to watch a couple of videos on the topic. The first one I clicked, which had Biblical Esther in the topic, was of someone playing a video game.

I’d never hit the Hagrid Always shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this dislike button so fast, lol and judging from the comments under that video, we all thought we were going to see a video about Esther, not fortnite, lol. I don’t care at all – don’t lose focus and it is not possible to get 100% likes anyways. However if dislikes ratio is much more than likes then you ought to reevaluate your current strategy/content The like to dislike ratio I usually have should be enough for me to not care about the dislikes, but even if it’s just one, I still get triggered about it. Even if at least for a millisecond. But I realised there may actually be a reason for people to press the dislike button, which is – it may help for them to see lesser videos like that. I’m not sure it’s true, but I just tell myself that. Maybe someone just clicked on the video, was like ‘I understand nothing of this, Youtube please show me less of this type of stuff’ and pressed dislike, no hard feelings. Maybe. But then there’s people who just maybe disagreed with what you said, and they didn’t bother to write a whole comment, but expressed their feeling with the dislike button. Again pretty fair.

Most of his stunts are really really well planned, tbf. That’s why they work and that’s why people think he is omnipotent at this point lol. The setup he’s wearing seems to be a full face mask with air fed from the surface, rather than a gas in a cylinder worn on the back. Since they’re in really shallow water, it doesn’t look like/he doesn’t need a BSD either. Without the need to mount much gear on yourself, I guess you can just wear whatever over the wetsuit. This is quite a common setup in areas where scuba diving is done. It is more comfortable compared to the typical scuba gear. It is often preferred by seniors or people who are not comfortable with the scuba gear.

A dose of self forgiveness and self compassion can assist here too along the way, treating yourself like a mother would treat a suffering child on occasion. Be aware of your own thought patterns and ideas and beliefs and perspectives that’s causing the anxiety, spread your awareness to the core of all those things. Let the anxiety and intrusive thoughts come, SURRENDER and DO NOTHING, let go of your resistance towards the emotions and thoughts, let go of the control, don’t fight it. Once you’ve become completely aware of thoughts and beliefs and perspectives that’s causing those emotions, let it go.
Meditation is meant to help you focus on the Hagrid Always shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this things that matter, to let you filter what you take in by simply being more focused on one thing. For exapld, you need to go the store but after you think about other people being there and talking to the clerk or being embarassed about what you buy, then you already went way too far. You need to go the the store, this is only thing that matters, as well as you meditate you focus only on one thing, in this way you can train your mind into not interfering with what you want or need by trapping you in thougts that have no connection to reality. I got into this state at some point in my life, heavy depression anexity. I was locked in my room for a year, but i never gave up, i was steadily workong myself back up for years now, until i went into the gateaway process about month ago and those emotions and harmfull toughts that were handicapping my everyday life went away just like that. With this i will say again, i was already working on myself for years since i never gave up and i always knew that i want to achive more. If you have no goal, nothing at all, you are propably wasting your time with this. I’ve seen many people here slipping into meditation like its heroin, even tho i havent been long here, i have been long enough around addicts to know. If you have no actuall intention of improving yourself, come back when you do.
