Whenever something bad happens to me, I try to look what I could possibly do to prevent that from ever happening again. Even if I had no controle over it, I try and work on something that could potentially help avoid such situations. Whether it’s physically, mentally or emotionally. Nothing. Always helps would 10/10 recommend. If I am worried or anxious I can’t sit still. Usually end up tidying around tg house.
