Shipping & delivery details

I have a history of heart attacks in my family and have a condition that prevents me from processing cholesterol properly. Exercise combined with statins keeps me from dying in my 40s. A slightly bad lower back. Yoga twice a day keeps me supple and the Gremlins Horror Shirt Furthermore, I will do this ache at bay. Oh and also Gout is my biggest motivator. Haven’t had an episode for 3 years and the only way is lots of water and exercise. Started out as a chore, turned into a way to regulate my life, eventually became fun to see how strong/fit I could get. The motivation to continue is all the rewards… better sleep, more energy, stronger, look better, feel better, happier, calmer, etc… So many reasons: It’s a form of meditation It keeps mood and hormones balanced Health benefits Ego lift Being/feeling attractive Knowing your physically capable if need be Looking good during sex Achievement of goals Ask yourself “will I feel better or worse about myself after I exercise?” And the answer is 95% of the time “better”. Motivation is bullshit. You just have to do that shit……it’s discipline. It’s hard, it’s horrible but you just do the thing……of its exercise just do it. If it’s have a shower, just do it. Unfortunately that’s all there is too it. Well I saw a picture of myself at the beach last summer. I’m still looking at this picture sometimes to stay motivated. In short : You’ve gotta have the nose on your shit.

Gremlins Horror Shirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater and long sleeve t-shirt

Its part of avoiding depression. I do a brief exercise each morning, and evening. Also, commit to a certain amount of time working on my house each day as well. Otherwise, I literally would just spend my days on the Gremlins Horror Shirt Furthermore, I will do this internet. Stop me from losing my mind, I find if I go for a week or so without a good reason injury etc I start to go crazy. I feel like at a certain level of your career to be taken seriously you need to have looked after yourself, also doing exercise regularly helps your mind too. Having a son and being able to do fun physic things with him rather than watching from the side is also a motivator And as you get a family, you want to support and not hinder or be supported by them just because you can’t stop eating pies There’s tons of things, but it is easier to fall out of habit with it and sometimes eating can be your only joy when you’re busy It starts with the thought doing slmething is better than doing nothing. Then I start working out, soon I am listening to The Touch by Stan Bush and suddenly I am just motivated to punch Decepticon scum. I spent a long time in Physical Therapy and it made me really conscious with my life choices. When you get hurt real bad the worst thing you can do is doing nothing at all.
