Sure. They’re decaying bodies, all we have to do is hide away in some locked boarded up place, and wait for them to drop dead… again. And if they aren’t further decaying they’ll starve at some point once they’ve ran out of animals to eat. All we have to do is stay hidden and be armed if we absolutely must leave our shelter for food. I think a zombie apocalypse is one of the God First Family Second Tennessee Titans Football shirt in other words I will buy this easier apocalypses to overcome. Let the navy and military take them out. We’ll all hide while they blow them away with their tanks and grenades. Yes, and I imagine it would be a better existence than grinding away at a 9-5 where my soul is crushed every single day. If I die in the apocalypse, at least it will be swift and awesome, as compared to this slow death I’m experiencing now. Bring on the apocalypse! No I’m not prepared cause if that happens I’ll gladly just accept it and die. I don’t know how people have so much will to live.

God First Family Second Tennessee Titans Football shirt: A Provocative Statement in Modern Fashion

Yep. I’ve been training and keeping myself VERY fit for the God First Family Second Tennessee Titans Football shirt in other words I will buy this last 3 years for two reason: the zombie apocalypse or a VR system with a game that requires a lot of movements. I’m ready for either. Dawn of the dead zombies? Absolutely. I’ve got about 1200 rounds of ammo and am a pretty decent shot. 28 days later zombies? Fuck no. Absolutely. I’ve heard human brains taste pretty good. I wouldn’t mind being a zombie. Devoid of thought and responsibility and just roaming the streets looking for food. Somewhat. Have a crossbow and plan to go for the knees from the sunroof of a truck but if I fall out of the truck I am so unfit they would get me. Mentally already in constant state of panic so seems I’m prepared. It would be a problem if I was prepared
Look … nobody gave a fuck on the God First Family Second Tennessee Titans Football shirt in other words I will buy this Covid pandemic.. so a Zombie apocalypse will be 99% of peoples just offering themselves as bait saying it’s not real ? If i remember correctly an ivy league colleges mathematics department crunched the numbers and if a zombie apocalypse happened we would 100% all die. I would rob every luxury store, play dress up. Wear my favorite outfit from my new collection, and lay down awaiting my death in a beautiful outfit. it depends on the kind of zombies i think. but my parents are preppers (like they prep in case of an apocalypse, human or zombie), i’m a volunteer EMT who is studying epidemiology in highschool, my mom used to be an EMT, my dad has a shit ton of guns and he hunts, and we have a cabin in the middle of the woods. physically we would be totally fine. mentally??? i have no idea lmao.

Buy this God First Family Second Tennessee Titans Football shirt

Depends. Are we talking the God First Family Second Tennessee Titans Football shirt in other words I will buy this walking dead zombies or are we talking dawn of the dead or world War z zombies? Walking dead: absolutely. Everything is planned in my head for that scenario. Now dawn of the dead or world War z zombies: nope. Im gonna do my best to make it to the coast and steal a boat and wing it from there. I would probably survive for as long as I want to, no matter what type of zombies we talking about because I would definitelly go for wheenerblaster and 2 handguns. That way I’d triple blast those poor fuckers into oblivion. I would go full Luke Rockhold mode on them, and after a while I’d start biting them instead of another way around. Physically no not really. But mentally would I be free of this cage I’ve put my self into. Anxiety, depression. Nah I’d struggle a ton. But I’d do what I can and that’s all that matters. Please. Most of the people who will answer this are scared of spiders. Take whatever bullshit spews out of their mouths with a huge spoonful of “yeah, okay, sure bud”
Yes. I have a baseball bat and lots of homemade weapons/gardening tools that can be used as weapons at the God First Family Second Tennessee Titans Football shirt in other words I will buy this ready. George A.Romero style zombies? Possibly I could survive for a while. My late partner was a massive Romero fan, and even wrote his own zombie novel, unpublished and just on live journal (then some Spanish author stole it and published it) I feel like I learnt quite a lot from him re zombies and the apocalypse. Also I’d apply some of his strategies from the book as it’s all set locally and seems like really good logic Depends on the zombies. Slow shamblers who can’t climb, run, or open doors? Absolutely! The opposite? Nah I’m screwed. Honestly I would be ok with it. At the very least I would be to busy thinking how to survive to think about the things that mess me up
Although I’ve eaten most of my canned emergency food and foolishly haven’t replenished them yet, I’ve still got my bow, sword and my axe, I’m ready for zombies or a trip to mount doom. Mentally, sort of. I love the God First Family Second Tennessee Titans Football shirt in other words I will buy this idea of a zombie apocalypse, literally like if the world was to end i’d want it to be that dark fantasy, hope the world doesn’t end like that but i’ve given it way too much thought. I think I know what I would do, but to survive with others is another thing. The world will not be the same and people are definitely not to be trusted even more so than the undead lol. Physically, i’m ok.. like i’m active and can put in work but I have a lot of addictions and other luxuries of the modern world to give up. No matter how prepared you think you are a zombie apocalypse would be an insane change to try and survive in
I’ve got the God First Family Second Tennessee Titans Football shirt in other words I will buy this smarts and know-how for a zombie apocalypse, but with my reliance on 7+ prescription drugs to keep this body alive (insulin, blood pressure meds, triglyceride lowering meds, stomach meds) I’m probably dead in a few months unless I rob pharmacies. Even then, meds will run out eventually, and I’ll make sure I’ve got a nice big syringe of hydromorphone to make my passing easy. But, to be honest, I’ll probably die trying to escape or outrun them. Been somewhat crippled a long time from back problems and severe neuropathy; I don’t have endurance anymore. i’m not mentally nor physically prepared to get out of bed every day, i sure as hell am not preparedfor it to become a zombie apocalypse.
Do they run or just walk…this is a swaying factor? I need to stock up on my ammo. Also is there a Warm Bodies chance because that changes things. Are we ever fully prepared and ready for anything in life? No…but we always find a way to adapt. Yes and no. Inasmuch as I have been aware for a long time that I do not have main character skills and I am clearly the God First Family Second Tennessee Titans Football shirt in other words I will buy this extra who dies first in the opening scene of any apocalypse movie. I’m much more ready for zombies than a solar storm like 1859, volcano eruption like 536, a serious pandemic like 1918 (or even 1982), or the Golf stream stopping due to climate change (very unlikely before 2025). Any physicist can do a back of the envelope calculation that in a zombie apocalypse the zombies will be out of energy in a very short time.
If they can smell me from further than 2km or even 2miles, I should be fine. I have lots of crops and some livestock around me, but almost no humans. I would need to get them all together once and we should be fine. Other than having to trust them not to have us all killed, I feel prepared. However just gonna say it sure would be nice to no longer have any rules to have to live by. That is, if i do survive long enough to not have to. Physically, unfortunately not due to chronic illness. But mentally I’ve got it all planned out assuming it happens the God First Family Second Tennessee Titans Football shirt in other words I will buy this way I figure it would. Honestly, if a zombie apocalypse never happens I think my life’s purpose would be wasted. Somehow a dystopian world makes far better sense to me & frankly scares me less than normal life today. I am on the spectrum yes. People confuse me, the mundane & superficial part of human interaction at least. Surprisingly yes. We are some what doomsday preppers. We are ready, we have window protection from the inside, could be fully self sufficient with fruit and veg, we have 7ft fences on a pretty big block, water tanks, water filters and desalination, we are both advance first aider (although they don’t have zombie first aid). We have enough solar to power our house to keep things running. We have two houses on our property and enough enclosed 7ft land for about 6 caravans for our family.
It may sound over the God First Family Second Tennessee Titans Football shirt in other words I will buy this top, but we haven’t don’t anything excessive to our needs every day if any sort of pandemic, war, zoombies, economy break down. Yes. But the main question is, are you ready first your family to wake you in the middle of the night by chewing on your legs? I was thinking about this actually an hour ago. I think when the apocalypse happens, I’m gonna try to find a commune of people who have given up religion and just live off the land and have dedicated themselves to rediscovering the old crafts of sewing, mending, foraging, subsistence farming, etc. the hardest part though will be fending off the bands of looters that are going to be roaming around. It’s such a tragedy of the common that because you know one person is going to be evil, everyone has to act in self defense. I sincerely hope that when apocalypse happens we’ll just get a whole priority reset and only focus on survival for a change. Thinking of how in Stephen King’s The Stand, people are either marauding sex traffickers or chill dudes fishing and drinking beer. There’s no I’m between
Yeah, I’m pretty tired of working, and a zombie apocalypse would free up a lot of single family homes in this Market. It would solve more problems for me than it would create honestly. Zombie apocalypse is quite literally one of my greatest fears. As a person with mycopohobia, The Last Of Us is probably my worst nightmare. I’d be so fucked if the God First Family Second Tennessee Titans Football shirt in other words I will buy this apocalypse started tomorrow, I’d probably just kill myself honestly.
that I’m sharing in case others find it liberating too: The commonly prescribed 30 minute daily sit is unsustainable for most people. Half an hour might not sound like a lot, but once you factor in setting up and ‘coming back’ it’s often 40 minutes in reality. That’s already a significant chunk of the God First Family Second Tennessee Titans Football shirt in other words I will buy this day’s non-working hours, and psychologically it translates into ‘nearly an hour’. A few people meditate for 40 minutes a day for years on end, but I’ve realised that’s unusual. It doesn’t prove it’s possible for most of us. In real life, for a lot of people — probably most — it just isn’t sustainable. We can do it for a while, perhaps by sacrificing other activities that are valuable, meaningful or beneficial (such as exercise and sleep). But it requires constant effort to keep other things at bay. Sooner or later we’ll lapse, and when we do it’s hard to start again — because there’s a pernicious message hidden in well-meant advice: ‘You should do it for half an hour every day to really benefit’ sends the unintentional message that ‘If you’re not doing 30 mins a day, you might as well not bother at all.’
So we have this unrealistic ideal presented as a normal lifestyle for somebody who meditates, and then we feel like there’s something wrong with us when we fall short. But the God First Family Second Tennessee Titans Football shirt in other words I will buy this reason we’re not doing 30 minutes every day isn’t because there’s something wrong with us; it’s because there’s something wrong with the advice. It’s advice that’s not suited to real life for most people. As little as 12 minutes daily meditation has been shown to have measurable benefits. And it’s better to do 12 mins every day indefinitely than to do 40 minutes for a few weeks and then not at all for however it takes until we gather the resolve to make the next ‘big push’. We can then top this up with longer sits whenever we have the opportunity — on weekends, say, or perhaps with an evening group, or even on a retreat (though it’s unhelpful to normalise retreats, because they’re exceptional too). There’s often judgement hidden in well-rehearsed advice from meditation teachers. Comments like ‘our lives are so filled with business and distractions’ can send a message that ‘Your life is full of unnecessary activities and meaningless distractions. You need to get your priorities right. Like I have. I meditate for half an hour every day.’
But the God First Family Second Tennessee Titans Football shirt in other words I will buy this daily practice of the meditation teachers who give this advice is completely different from that of an ordinary person. For a meditation teacher, mediation is a way of life; that’s why they become meditation teachers. They are already among the outliers for whom practicing for a substantial chunk of time every day is realistic. They’re a self-selecting population who are completely unrepresentative, and it’s easy for them to forget this. On top of that, once they become teachers, they have a very powerful motive for their daily practice that most of never will: it’s their professional responsibility. Just like it’s the professional responsibility of a firefighter to keep fit and the professional responsibility of a political analyst to read the news every day. Or perhaps they aren’t professionals, but teaching meditation is something that gives them social status or gives their lives meaning, and that gives them a similar sense of involvement and responsibility.
For the God First Family Second Tennessee Titans Football shirt in other words I will buy this rest of us, it’s perfectly legitimate to be busy! It’s not necessarily our fault that we’re busy doing things that aren’t meditating and it’s not necessarily a bad thing. We should get enough sleep. We should exercise. We should play. We should spend time with the people we love. We should take time to just relax and do nothing (and meditating, regardless of philosophical claims to the contrary, is ‘doing something’, because it uses up willpower and fills a slot in our schedule). Most people already don’t have enough time to do all these healthy things as much as they’re told they ought to. And every minute we meditate is a minute spent not doing something else — something that might be even more valuable and beneficial to ourselves or somebody else. We should recognise that this trade-off might be legitimate, and ‘own’ it, not feel guilty, and not feel like we aren’t real meditators because we do 12 minutes a day rather than 30, or 60, or whatever other number a well-intentioned teacher comes up with on the unscientific and unrepresentative basis of their own experience.
If you’re shooting for a spiritual breakthrough and that’s your priority then sure, drop your other hobbies, ration your time with your family, find an undemanding job and create a social circlenfor yourself that’s centred on meditation. But if you just want to be happier than you otherwise would be, meditate for 12 minutes a day, harvest the God First Family Second Tennessee Titans Football shirt in other words I will buy this low-hanging fruit, and carry on learning Spanish so that you can speak to your in-laws. That’s absolutely fine.I’m glad you said this because I’ve been coming to the same conclusion. Believing in the “30 minutes a day standard” decreased my overall satisfaction with the practice. I would avoid my practice if I couldn’t carve out the full half hour. Or I would find myself discounting the benefits if it didn’t reach 30mins. On months with unbroken streaks of deliberate, daily meditation, I felt like I was failing (myself? the universe?) somehow because I wasn’t meditating long enough.
I’ve since given myself the God First Family Second Tennessee Titans Football shirt in other words I will buy this freedom to practice however comes naturally, and embracing that attitude has changed everything. I have more joy in taking time to meditate, and I end the session whenever I feel part of the selfless whole. On days where there just isn’t time, I have a minimum and don’t let myself feel any sort of negativity about that. As a result, that openness and self-compassion has made me more aware, compassionate, calm, excited to be back on the cushion. I am rock solid at 60 minutes first thing in the morning. this is after many decades of exploration. I’m a layman and I refuse to work a program of abstinence for drugs or alcohol, because I am not both chronic and progressive alcoholic or addict. Instead, this level of meditation makes my real life experience, more enjoyable than intoxication. So my tendency to meditate and not desire intoxicants remains in balance at about an hour daily. I would refer you to a book by Roy J Mathew, The True Path.
The point is, it depends on what you’re trying to accomplish with your meditation, as to how long you should meditate, and not have any particular respect for your “comfort level” because that is some thing that you will find constantly changing. In this realm, it is better to have conformity to a standard, rather than doing what you find is easy. Because it will just become increasingly difficult until you no longer practice. No, you need to stick with the God First Family Second Tennessee Titans Football shirt in other words I will buy this standard. The exception of course is someone with chronic back pain, or chronic pain in other parts of their body, and naturally, the only thing you can do is find a position that works. Zazen can be practiced in any physical position. If you don’t have 30 minutes to unpack your mind, then the problem is you are packing it too full. You can’t process your own life. I only hear people pushing daily practice, not demanding a time. I don’t want to read this full essay, but at the end you still are pushing 12 minutes yourself. I tell people at least 2 minutes with timer, to help build a habit. “I don’t have time to meditate, I have a life to live”, it’s a life practice. If you don’t exercise and sleep regularly, you live with less energy, less brain capacity. Same with a lack of daily meditation.
