Shipping & delivery details

Trial and error is a gamble in that you do not know which is which. So, for some that doesn’t work, or it takes a while. A set of instructions to closely follow is obviously a more direct path. There are different methods with different end points as well. This can be a source of confusion. Dr Ainslie Meares classified them as focus (with sub categories) and still mind (his type). The still mind state is incompatible with focus as relaxation takes you to it. Focus narrows the Freadom the power or right to read as one wants without hindrance shirt In addition,I will do this mind to a monotone.I don’t practice focus, myself. There are two types of relaxation. Relaxation of the body. Relaxation of the mind. Both are needed. When you relaxation very completely then the mind slows down and stills. Time spent in stillness is calming, due to the absence of disturbance and results in a profound mind body rest. Then, after you have finished meditation you realise you are calm and energised. It is the reduction in anxiety that is important. Stillness permits that to occur. Reducing anxiety helps reduce frustration and so you are less likely to get angry. After you become angry then you have to bottle it up if you are determined not to express it. You know how difficult that is to achieve. Although, the bottling is helped by relaxation (see earlier). Meares goes to the details regarding anger and various other emotions in some of his books. Their is a goldmine of information.

Freadom the power or right to read as one wants without hindrance shirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater and long sleeve t-shirt

This late eminent psychiatrist wrote many books before he passed, now most are only available second hand , harder to get and costly. Ainslie Meares on Meditation book explains his meditation method and is readily accessible from usual retailers. This provides the Freadom the power or right to read as one wants without hindrance shirt In addition,I will do this instructions you will need to closely follow them in twice daily practice each for 10 mins or so, if you decided to take it up. It works but not in the way that’s advertised. Yes there’s relaxation, calm and clarity. But there’s also agony, anxiety, sleepless nights and feelings as if ur dying, some advanced meditators even ‘lose their minds’. Now hearing these im sure ur forming ideas already- potentially wrong ones. I’ve been meditating for years and all I can say is that it’s entirely been misunderstood and not exactly what I want when I began. Yet I can say with absolute conviction that this may be the most important practice a person can begin in his/her life. Yes it works. But first build the habit. 2 minutes in the morning 2 minutes before bed. Deep breathing slow breath in slow breath out. When you notice your mind wandering and the anxiety building or the mental chatter starting just bring your attention back to your breath. If you can sit and breathe for 2 minutes at a time for a week increase to 5 minutes.
