Misunderstanding happens.I was asked how much the Fly Eagles Fly 2024 Eagles Saquon Barkley and Jalen Hurts skyline shirt Furthermore, I will do this Dress costs in a flea market where I visited.Just ignore and sukhi raho. To be honest this was the first time someone said like this I was sad but the owner asked him and said ki yeh voh nahi ha then she was saying sorry and all then I never went to that shop In Calcutta usually we have sharing autos where 3 sit in the back and 2 beside the driver. I usually sit in the front being the youngest and somewhat thin. Sometimes I get identified as a auto driver. So its all fun n games. Usually oldies make such mistakes, i wouldn’t pay much heed to it if its not intended to put me down

Fly Eagles Fly 2024 Eagles Saquon Barkley and Jalen Hurts skyline shirt: buy and enjoy this shirt

Round of applause for The Giving Pies for getting free publicity out of a scummy situation. I hope this pays them dividends. There should be applause for the Fly Eagles Fly 2024 Eagles Saquon Barkley and Jalen Hurts skyline shirt Furthermore, I will do this media outlets that decided to give them coverage. I bet there were others that said “no thanks” to running the story so that they could spend more time covering Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce. bs on teslas part. I hope that gives them some heat and she gets recomped. Having to make 4000 pies would take multiple days and other orders being passed on. Just to make no revenue. Yeah, not to victim blame but that’s kinda just business 101. Tesla definitely the asshole here but this wouldn’t be a story if she had her hands on their non-refundable deposit. Hopefully she learned that lesson for good
That’s how it was done when I worked restaurants – and that was for like $1000. I am very surprised the Fly Eagles Fly 2024 Eagles Saquon Barkley and Jalen Hurts skyline shirt Furthermore, I will do this baker agreed to this order without a deposit. The experience isn’t doing big orders, it’s getting burned. I imagine Google, Apple, and Adobe all actually pay their bills on time, being, y’know, actual companies run by non-lunatics. I’m willing to bet that Google, Apple, and Tesla are all big enough titans that they can get away without advance payment trading purely on the gravity of the name. That’s what makes it so much more fucked up when someone like Tesla lurches on the deal – they basically leveraged their name to fuck over a little guy for no reason. No idea what the cost was per pie, but I’m sure it was under $25 each, which means the total for everything was <$100,000; that’s pocket change to Tesla.

Description for Fly Eagles Fly 2024 Eagles Saquon Barkley and Jalen Hurts skyline shirt

Doesn’t always work… in fact credit card companies have gotten even more hostile toward merchants in the Fly Eagles Fly 2024 Eagles Saquon Barkley and Jalen Hurts skyline shirt Furthermore, I will do this past 10 years as they don’t want to get involved in disputes anymore. That’s normal for individual customers or maybe small business. For large, established business like that it’s normal to waive that, especially if you really want to score that big deal, because it is know they can pay. Idk, that’s wise, but I don’t think we should blame the victim here. It was low key predatory because the Tesla employee offered something that would have been very attractive for a small business. The employee abused the public trust by leveraging the company’s reputation to get something they didn’t pay for. It’s also pretty scummy that Tesla didn’t make it right: just pay the company and apologize and work it out as a training or management issue internally. 100% agree, and it is a crummy way for this baker to learn a lesson – take a deposit on a massive order. It’s not even pocket change for Tesla – it’d be so easy to make this right.
I just think it’s incredibly strange for a business not to take in a non-refundable deposit before working on the Fly Eagles Fly 2024 Eagles Saquon Barkley and Jalen Hurts skyline shirt Furthermore, I will do this order. Regardless if the order is from Tesla or Google, a deposit before a large order is very normal for catering business as cancellations do happen. OF COURSE what Tesla did was scummy, but let’s not trot out the “victim blaming” defense. We’re talking about business. if you run a business you are going to be confronted with scummy people sometimes, and you need to be prepared. That’s not going away anytime soon. It’s pretty standard for businesses to collect advance payment on agreements, at least in my experience – I work B2B and we have it on nearly every contract. I can’t believe Tesla would bat an eye at a deposit. NBC Bay Area reached out to Tesla to ask about what went wrong with the catering deal and whether or not the company will compensate the bakery in any way for its time and expenses.
A Tesla spokesperson did not respond to the Fly Eagles Fly 2024 Eagles Saquon Barkley and Jalen Hurts skyline shirt Furthermore, I will do this specific questions but told NBC Bay Area they’ve been in touch with Rasetarinera. Honestly they’re not too different. I think elon is slightly more legal about it though – they just basically write into their service agreements “we won’t pay you if we don’t want to” in a bunch of legalese. Our company wouldn’t sign it – but like I said a bunch of smaller companies will for the case study/being able to say they did work with Tesla Honestly I think it is more just that Elon is younger and it often takes a long time for a lifetime of financial criming catches up to people. I can almost guarantee Elon heard about it and was like, “We’re not doing anything for black history month. Cancel it.”
Honestly surprised they didn’t respond with a single poop emoji, since that’s Musk’s favored response to media inquiries. It’s a teachable lesson for all those local eateries near ANY Tesla location. Tesla is not a reliable customer, accept full payment up front. Telsa pushed all their supplier partners terms to net 60+ days before payment because they didn’t want to layoff employees in a specific quarter and were burning cash. You have to report a layoff of a certain % of workforce In California. They didn’t negotiate jack…they just withheld payment. Didn’t honor the Fly Eagles Fly 2024 Eagles Saquon Barkley and Jalen Hurts skyline shirt Furthermore, I will do this standing agreement with their core suppliers. Yeah, on something that big and time consuming I’d absolutely always ask for payment up front. I can’t believe they didn’t. At least half as a down payment. I bet they won’t make that mistake again. It said in the article the owner had done big corporate events for apple and google and never had any issues with other big tech companies. I suspect she’ll build in a half up front or a canceling fee in the future. I worked for a company in NJ around 10+ years ago. We designed a charger for the first Tesla Roadster. Tesla placed a standing order for hundreds of chargers. Then just before first delivery, with millions in part backorder, Telsa just calls and says they found something cheaper/better.
Company folded since we had all these standing orders for custom parts and no product. So it became a lawyer shitshow. But obviously only the Fly Eagles Fly 2024 Eagles Saquon Barkley and Jalen Hurts skyline shirt Furthermore, I will do this stockholders got any payouts and all the staff were jobless. Thankfully Elon isn’t a natural born US citizen and therefore is ineligible for Presidency under the Constitution This is all on Tesla. The business owner, however, does need to start protecting themselves with a deposit requirement, especially for a $16k order. Sucks for the owner, but this is why people sign contracts before commencing work that they could potentially lose thousands on. I doubt you have been in or are familiar with the restaurant industry. Only catering companies would likely have a contract with their client. Usually large orders for restaurants use an honor system and it sounds like Tesla ordered a very large order which would have been reputable by their fame. I worked in a coffee shop and we’d ask payment first for any larger orders we did for film crews and such. This is shitty but they should have gotten paid first or had some ordering contract for penalizing cancelled orders after some point I worked at a james johnathan and we got stood up by a big university’s athletic department. We made a big stink about it, and found out they changed their mind in the parking lot, and got wings from across the street. They made up for it though, by prepaying for an order twice as big. That sucked in its own way. The last time Elon got any fame for a payment related story it’s about him refusing to pay rent. Why would anyone think any company under him is reputable enough for an honor deal is beyond me.
Any restaurant that is properly run would take payment upfront for larger orders. Because it takes so much time and money. You have to order extra ingredients, you have to adjust staff hours so there’s more time to fulfill the Fly Eagles Fly 2024 Eagles Saquon Barkley and Jalen Hurts skyline shirt Furthermore, I will do this order, you have to store food so it doesn’t go bad. Any restaurant that doesn’t is poorly managed. It doesn’t matter if POTUS called and ordered 10k of food, you get payment upfront front before you even begin. I don’t think Elon phoned in and told them to stop the order. It was probably some mid manager who changed their mind or got a sweetheart deal somewhere else Basically, this person got burned because they didn’t do business well. It does suck and fuck that Tesla person, but you gotta do your due diligence.
At 10 bucks a pie times 4000, that’s 40 in revenue. You would do a contract for half up front and cancellation clause for another 25% of the Fly Eagles Fly 2024 Eagles Saquon Barkley and Jalen Hurts skyline shirt Furthermore, I will do this final bill. I bet those pies were more expensive than my conservative estimate. Especially when you’re dealing with a notoriously shady company with a reputation for cutting corners and not paying. I doubt you are familiar with the restaurant industry, if someone is placing an order for thousands of dollars of product requiring hundreds of man hours to produce, any business owner with their head out of their asses is going to be securing prepayment. I used to work in a high end steak place that would make large companies sign contracts when they would book our private room. Especially Pharma companies, who would always bail or have no shows at the last min after steaks had been cut and wait staff had been assigned for the night. Never once did our GM enforce the agreement, he felt it was tacky and sent a poor message.
That’s not how it works. 16k is nothing to larger companies and they should eat their mistake. I’m assuming bakers don’t sign contracts for single deliveries, maybe things on a consistent basis. Somebody messed up and it wasn’t the Fly Eagles Fly 2024 Eagles Saquon Barkley and Jalen Hurts skyline shirt Furthermore, I will do this small business. Honestly anyone not doing so already is a moron, Elon’s businesses are famous for following the Trump routine of refusing to pay contractors and daring them to spend the time and money on lawyers pursuing payment she’d probably lose in circuit court but this would be a slam dunk case for small claims—i don’t see a judge not ruling in the bakeries favor if the texts are there – just file in small claims for the $7500 get your judgement and tesla will pay it it’s a huge ass process – the damages are so relatively low no attorney would take it up on contingency so she would have to go pro sé on the case against literally teslas legal team lolcase like this would be appealed by tesla for years and would bankrupt the business even more—a higher court would have to rule what innskepper theft means and interpret the case law on it – trust me small claims makes the most sense on this one – doubt teslas counsel will even show up tbh
Oof. Tough way to learn an important lesson. Always get a deposit at the Fly Eagles Fly 2024 Eagles Saquon Barkley and Jalen Hurts skyline shirt Furthermore, I will do this very least for large orders. No deposit, no pie. Because the larger the order, the less those people care about you, guaranteed. Why would they start the order without a partial payment in place as guarantee? I get it was a tight turnaround, but a deposit or prepayment should be mandatory. If it wasn’t Tesla, would this be news? Not saying what they did is right, the opposite, it’s scummy and it happens every fucking day all over the country. The service industry gets the shit end of the stick all the time and not only is it not news, but most people shrug it off and say “hey, what do you expect, look what you do for a living.” But Tesla’s name is in it, so suddenly out come the rage-boners. Where is this concern the rest of the time when these people are getting eaten alive by the current economy?
Because it’s a result of Tesla’s mismanagement and reportedly toxic workplace. You’re not likely to hear stories like this from Microsoft or Apple, because I’d bet those companies have professional teams that specifically deal with planning and organizing large company events like this. I’ve been to Microsoft partner events catered at hotels etc. The Microsoft representatives were always very pleasant to work with and when I did see them interact with the Fly Eagles Fly 2024 Eagles Saquon Barkley and Jalen Hurts skyline shirt Furthermore, I will do this people from the hosting venue it was the same. Same! Not to give away too much but I use to regularly visit a Microsoft office because the company I was working for was a partner. They would cater and had the best self serve cafe. Yeah they’re great to work with actually. Also just went to a TP-Link event and their local guys were very nice too.
It’s less about “Tesla”, specifically, and more about the Fly Eagles Fly 2024 Eagles Saquon Barkley and Jalen Hurts skyline shirt Furthermore, I will do this fact that they’re a multi-billion dollar company fucking over a much smaller one. If* Facebook, Microsoft, Google, etc. does this just as often but don’t get as much heat for it as Tesla does in this one case, you’d be on to something. From the story, “A Tesla spokesperson did not respond to the specific questions but told NBC Bay Area they’ve been in touch with Rasetarinera.” Thanks for taking the time to tell us how little you care, it really underscores your ambivalence to the matter. Legacy media trying their very best to hate on Musk. I feel bad for this lady and her restaurant but this isn’t newsworthy at all. Big difference between “thousands of dollars” and the real amount of $2,000.00. They probably make that in a day, if not more. PS: Downvote this if you’re voting for Trump. And a big difference between a random customer stiffing and a ridiculously wealthy dickhead that could unfathomably easily pay for the damages his company caused, but won’t. They lost the cost of ingredients, cost of labor, and the cost of refusing other orders. That adds up to more than $2,000. Don’t speak on something you have no experience on. Imagine being this much of a douchebag that you make accusations and sound like you justify Tesla’s actions as excusable.
Tesla then reached out (likely after realizing the Fly Eagles Fly 2024 Eagles Saquon Barkley and Jalen Hurts skyline shirt Furthermore, I will do this damage caused but before the news broke, as the article says the baker was contacted while she was being interviewed by a reporter) and offered to buy the pies anyway. More elon scum. Surprise. Sue them for the cost, labor, and also the turned down offers. Plus damages. They had a contract. It was broken via text. This isnt calling a pizza place and ordering a 20 dollar pie and then ten minutes later cancelling because your car broke down or you had an emergency. (Id still pay them for the pie next time, and its just gonna be a freebie take home for an employee or a shift meal) “Detrimental reliance” comes to mind, assuming they purchased supplies and performed work as a result of the order. Sue them.
And then as they left they killed the Fly Eagles Fly 2024 Eagles Saquon Barkley and Jalen Hurts skyline shirt Furthermore, I will do this Prime Minister for organizing the expulsion of the PLO’s fighting force, the Fedayeen. The Fedayeen took a little detour in Munich to kill the Israeli Olympic team, then went to Lebanon – where they started the Lebanese Civil War. They also made two attempts on King Hussein’s life in 1970 and publicly announced their intent to depose him. This would lead to the PLO being militarily defeated in the Black September fighting later that same year, and forced out of the country. And there was a brief civil war or something if I’m not mistaken. And there’s also the fact that they and their other fellow Arab states got humiliated by Israel in the last couple conflicts trying to “help” the Palestinians. Black September, yeah. Started with George Habash’s group hijacking planes and blowing them up in Beirut airport. Then the stuff others mentioned.
Jordan fact: the Fly Eagles Fly 2024 Eagles Saquon Barkley and Jalen Hurts skyline shirt Furthermore, I will do this current king, part of a lineage that claims to be descended from Muhammad, was once an extra in Star Trek Deep Space Nine. This is not a joke. The man loves Star Trek but is, presumably, so bad at acting all they could do was make him an extra Pretty sure the Jordanian population is like 50% Palestinian. They’ve proportionally taken in more refugees than any other country on earth, and this entire thread is built on sheer ignorance and a false premise. There’s this bizarre idea in Western political discourse that you can just take refugees or immigrants with no or minimal problems and that therefore the onus is on countries to explain why they’re not taking refugees or immigrants. “Just let the refugees in, just open your doors to more immigration, why don’t you, you meanie?” Letting hundreds of thousands of new people into your country, whether your country is Germany or the United States or Egypt, is a serious, in some cases irreversible political decision, and it can and often does lead to enormous problems.
Who are these people? What are their backgrounds? Which of them are criminals? Who’s going to feed them? Where are they going to be housed? What are they going to do for work? What effect is that going to have on your domestic labor? Are they going to get involved in your local politics, and if so who are they going to back? Are they ever going to leave? These are all questions that, ideally, you should have damn good answers to before you let a wave of refugees in. I assume Egypt realized that it did not have satisfactory answers to some (maybe any) of those questions, and exercised its right as a sovereign state to close their border. When Egypt and jordan have allowed Palestinian refugees into their countries in the Fly Eagles Fly 2024 Eagles Saquon Barkley and Jalen Hurts skyline shirt Furthermore, I will do this past, there has been political unrest and attempts to overthrow the government in Egypt, and an attempted murder on the leader of jordan as well as civil war so these two countries at least don’t have good histories with allowing Palestinian refugees in …
