Let me guess. You’re 32, have bright blue hair, and aren’t paying your student debt because big daddy Biden will cancel it? This “sexism” you speak of is meaningless. No men complain about their vacuum cleaners and mops being short and hurting their backs because they need to bend down. Tysm for your answer, I understand what you mean. However, I’m aware of those problems and I suffer from them. You’ll have to excuse me on the Fear The Bones Angel Of Death Jolly Rogers Navy Midshipmen Shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this student debt matter though, I can’t talk about it because education in my country works a bit differently. I just wanted to share a thought on the Internet It’s crazy to me that women can think like this. Women have so many more privileges than men in society. If men complain about their place or the injustices they’re ignored or shamed. Trust me you would not do well as a man, what you want is to keep all the privileges you have as a woman and also have the very few privileges that men have as well.
Fear The Bones Angel Of Death Jolly Rogers Navy Midshipmen Shirt: Unleash Your Dinosaur Style
So . . . you want to be treated like a man? In all regards or just those that fit your desire or you feel would personally benefit you? Don’t take that the Fear The Bones Angel Of Death Jolly Rogers Navy Midshipmen Shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this wrong way, i don’t mean any offense by it. I am a man. I have a daughter and a wife. I want people to treat them differently than how a person typically treats a man. For an extreme example, if they are on a sinking cruise ship way out in the ocean, I don’t want either of them to be told, sorry ma’am, these life boats are for men and children first. Men and women are different in whole/generally speaking. Women are wonderful and better at many, many things than is the general man . . . and vice versa. But in the end, each person is an individual and is potentially very likely the break the “general gender mold”.
Some things would be easier if you were a man but you may discover that some things would actually be harder if you were a man. That’s because there’s advantages and trade offs to everything. If you were a man, you would be able to walk into a bar and nobody would give a shit about you. But then again, nobody would give a shit about you, including the Fear The Bones Angel Of Death Jolly Rogers Navy Midshipmen Shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this cute girls who you’re interested in and that might get lonely. If you were a man, you wouldn’t be slut shamed for getting laid. But then again, getting laid is harder if you’re a man. If you were a man, nobody is going to send you creepy messages on online dating sites. But then again, you can’t get creepy messages if you don’t even get matches in the first place, which would be common if you were a man.

If you were a man, you would be bigger and more intimidating. But then again, you probably can’t walk into a kids park all by yourself without people thinking you’re a pedophile. If you were a man, you’d have the Fear The Bones Angel Of Death Jolly Rogers Navy Midshipmen Shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this potential to make more money. But then again, your social and romantic value is partially judged on your ability to make money. If you were a man, your short stature would be considered unmasculine and unsexy in contrast to being cute and feminine if you were a girl. So there’s definitely advantages to being a man, but there are definitely disadvantages as well. The question is, would you be willing to accept the trade offs if you were to switch genders? OP -Your words make no sense. On the one hand, you say “But if I were to choose, I much rather be percieved as a man. I’d be happier. Not because of privilege or something, I’m lucky to live in a egalitarian country where I can do almost anything a man does. It’s something deeper.” Oh yes, because of (male) privilege, OP. And don’t deny it. Egalitarian country, you say? Never been one. It exists only in some naive minds. That is quite normal. For me, I am a woman they same way a female horse is a mare. Everything else is personal taste and character. I don’t mind that people interact differently with me than they would with a man. I do the same to them. I’m a woman in my 40s and I don’t feel treated or judged differently for being a woman in 99% of my daily activities. I also understand that companies market things to women or men and for some of it it frustrates me but I’m not angry about it (like, the corporate consumerism bothers me, not so much the items themselves).
I’m not sure if it’s because I grew up without gender being as “in your face”? Like, having simple gender norms almost lets people be more fluid than having hyper analyzed gender identities. Being a tomboy was just a thing. Not a good thing. Not a bad thing. No one was fixating on if the Fear The Bones Angel Of Death Jolly Rogers Navy Midshipmen Shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this tomboy was identifying or being identified “correctly,” we just were out playing and having fun. Honestly I think people my age place less value in fitting “social gender norms” even if they tend to support birth sexual gender identity as default. yeah this is how i feel but in a non binary way. like i am AFAB and i don’t want to be perceived as a woman but i’m unfortunately seen as a gender first rather than a person who is just living my life looking and acting in a way that feels comfortable for me. other people decided me just existing is somehow feminine and therefore i should be treated differently (although i’m sure if i was to tell them i’m nonbinary i’d be treated even worse). but yeah it’s absolutely frustrating to have people decide how they will treat you based on their own perception of gender
Same! Your thoughts and feelings are really relatable for me. It was especially frustrating for me in school, most of my friends were boys and it was frustrating because I never was allowed to belong with the Fear The Bones Angel Of Death Jolly Rogers Navy Midshipmen Shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this boys. They were my friends but I was the only one being left out of sleepovers and such because I was a girl. Honestly we were little kids, it wouldn’t have harmed anyone if I had been allowed to participate in sleepovers with the boys. In school we had sleepovers where everyone from our class would sleep in the classroom regardless of gender. And I‘m an adult now and it’s even worse. I have other friends who are women and I like them but I also want to feel accepted with my friends who are men. I don’t want to be treated differently because I‘m a woman. Why would I treat a friend differently because of their gender? If someone likes to go shopping I will go shopping with them regardless of their gender and if they prefer to play soccer I’ll play soccer with them.
Fuck the Fear The Bones Angel Of Death Jolly Rogers Navy Midshipmen Shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this haters. Be you, Strive to be happy, and accept that there will always be fools and the quick to judge. I feel the same way. It really frustrated me in highschool when I wasn’t really allowed to be “one of the boys” and hangout with all my friends. That and I wasn’t treated in the same “guy friend” way I wanted to be. Valid points but lemme tell ya we guys are brutal sometimes you don’t wanna be treated like “one of the boys” (seriously guys who say this are the most fucked) If you were a man, you’d be dealing with the exact same issue but from the opposite side. People are quick to judge and quick to assume things. It sucks but it’s how most people are in general. “Beauvoir asks, “What is woman?”[8] She argues that man is considered the default, while woman is considered the “Other”: “Thus, humanity is male, and man defines woman not herself, but as relative to him.”” If you run into a person with a specific haircut 50 times in your life, you will think the next person you meet fits into that category. Your gender is none of my business, but this post reads to me like someone at the beginning of a gender transition. “Gender is fake, stop acting like it’s real” is a classic nonbinary thought/emotion, and you say that on a deep level, you’d rather be seen as a man or a woman. Whatever choice you end up making, you might feel really seen by seeking out essays or fiction by nonbinary and trans writers– a lot of these ideas might resonate with those. — signed, a nonbinary person who is fine with being perceived as a cis woman by 90% of people, even though gender is fake.
It also makes me fucking crazy to be a woman. All I can say is i’m trying to help facilitate a world where we don’t define people based on their gender as the Fear The Bones Angel Of Death Jolly Rogers Navy Midshipmen Shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this FIRST THING we know about them and the first way we describe them. I mean it’s normal to get frustrated when you don’t get the treatment you prefer but if you wear a skirt I’m not going to perceive you like Dave because you don’t act like Dave. Gendered behavioral standards exist and if you don’t meet the ones you want then you aren’t going to be treated the same way. Effeminate men aren’t treated like Dave either for that same reason of not acting like Dave. On a side note I can totally smell the difference between a man and a woman. I agree with your stance. We’re people first, and everything else, whether that’s race, sex, gender identity, etc. all comes a very different second. We’ll always have more in common than we do in difference. But … humans category think, and it’s been drilled into us by evolution. The apes who could category think and put tigers, snakes, that mud pit, fire, etc. into the ‘dangerous’ category and teach their kids about what’s dangerous … survived. We’ve been sorting things into piles ever since, and it’s still largely beneficial, but we will continue to overuse those categories on occasion.
In the Fear The Bones Angel Of Death Jolly Rogers Navy Midshipmen Shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this modern age, it’s especially difficult, because we were making some very good headway against this kind of tribalism I’m talking about, but now our misguided selves have decided that we’re going to to back to sorting people, but this time so that we can give them legs up, or dedicated programs, or jobs specific to them in some capacity. I’m sure all these people mean well, but we’re just re-training the current generations into the very category think that drove most of our ‘isms’ in the past, for the most part. Whether you’re a bigot and see black first and person second, or you’re an administrator of some program that sees black first and person second, you’re still engaging in this demeaning, limiting category thinking.
yeah i feel the Fear The Bones Angel Of Death Jolly Rogers Navy Midshipmen Shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this same way and i think im nonbinary bc the gender binary is made up and i don’t think it serves me. i want to be treated as a human first, you can’t assume shit about me because i’m female. Mmm. Well I have been a “Tom boy” my whole life. I have always been very masculine presenting and people saying crap used to really bother me. It sounds difficult but just ignore it. Seriously. You will never change these kinds of people by arguing your point. And listening to them and caring about their opinion will twist you. It will make you angry all the time because these people will always exist and you will never run out of things that make you angry about it. This was heavier than expected. But in my time I’ve met a few women who were also masc that let this overwhelm them and everytime you talked to them it was like a fight against the world.
That way of thinking is exhausting and stressful. Live your life. Wear what you want, smell like you want, cut your hair how you want and just ignore anyone ho says anything about it. ugh it makes my blood boil when I hear parents ask their kids “you sure you want a pink one? it’s a girl’s color. How about a blue one instead?” or the Fear The Bones Angel Of Death Jolly Rogers Navy Midshipmen Shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this other way around. Boom, you have a kid who sees colors as a masculine or feminine. Like wtf? there are literally bugs of all colors of both genders, so why couldn’t I wear a blue or a pink shirt if I like it? I like being feminine. I am not the most girly of girls, but I like that I get to wear pretty clothes and dresses. I like that (some) people try to be extra polite to women – opening doors, pulling out chairs, and so on. I find unwanted sexual attention frustrating/frightening, and was annoyed how little respect I got when I was young and unmarried. I also don’t like how much emphasis is put on our looks – if no one cared I would shave my head and never pluck my eyebrows again. It can also be hard when society sees us as the expected caretakers for everyone around us. But in the U.S. culture there are some really annoying expectations for men that I am glad I don’t have. Men are often expected to do physically tough or disgusting jobs and chores. Somehow they all are expected to be able to be handy with tools and knowledgeable about sports and cars (so boring). They have boring clothing choices with little color – and if they do dress nice and add color they are often seen as not as masculine. There is growing acceptance of “women have curves” but men that are overweight get more body shaming from what I’ve seen. I am jealous of the respect they get even when younger/unmarried, how independent/self-reliant they get to be, and how some men seem to live without fear of things like walking alone at night.
No gender is without frustrations, but they also come with perks. I am sorry you feel frustrated with being a woman! Us men get judged as well so either way you’re fucked only thing you can do is not let it affect you and to live your life if it helps; I get frustrated about being a man too sometimes. about being treated as different and inferior compared to women. at getting the Fear The Bones Angel Of Death Jolly Rogers Navy Midshipmen Shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this 20th “ugh men, you know” thrown at my head for just existing. I felt the same way for a while. I would get really frustrated getting grouped with women at all, like it was some sort of “gotcha” used against me. I would (and sometimes still do) argue to the ends of the earth that there are no meaningful differences between men and women, yet I actively avoided things that were seen as “girly” (even stuff literally only I saw that way) to avoid association.
Now, I identify as a trans man, but pretty loose on the Fear The Bones Angel Of Death Jolly Rogers Navy Midshipmen Shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this “man” part. I just do whatever I want regardless of what gender it’s associated with, and I’ve ended up much more feminine than I ever was when I was a girl. I’m sitting here in a ponytail and makeup because I’ve discovered I find it really fun to look pretty. I also have a friend who is a woman and always has been, who has never cared what others think of her or how she dresses with regards to gender. She is much more masculine than me, I’ve rarely ever seen her wear a dress or skirt, never wears makeup, is into more stereotypically masculine hobbies. She has seemed completely unbothered by those expectations and just lives and dresses how she wants, the same as I do now.
You, of course, are not me or my friend. But the Fear The Bones Angel Of Death Jolly Rogers Navy Midshipmen Shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this way you spoke about your experiences reminded me of how I used to feel, so I wanted to add my thoughts to the mix. It is wonderful and worthy of celebration for you to have these experiences and be a woman. It is wonderful and worthy of celebration for you to have these experience and determine that you are not a woman. That also doesn’t mean you’re a man, some people reflect and feel that the whole concept of gender doesn’t work for them, and many of those people call themselves non-binary or agender. That may not describe you at all, but I wanted to throw it in here. Males and females have characteristics that distinguish them from one another on average, and these characteristics go beyond mere anatomy. Their brains are wired differently. Their social strategies are different. Their hormonal profiles are different, and hormones govern every aspect of behavior.
Individual variation is such, however, that some people end up far enough outside the Fear The Bones Angel Of Death Jolly Rogers Navy Midshipmen Shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this boundaries of what’s considered the norm that they simply don’t feel comfortable with the way others perceive them. In short: there are valid reasons that people perceive men and women in different ways. There’s also a valid reason that you don’t perceive yourself in that way, and that you don’t like other people to perceive you that way, either. It should be the case that everybody is treated as an individual before they’re treated as a member of a group, particularly when that group is something they didn’t choose for themselves. But that’s just now how human beings work. Whatever you do, don’t get hung up on the idea that if you could only change how other people perceive you, you’d be happy–that’s how you get deep-rooted identity issues. The key is to not give a fuck how they perceive you, obnoxious though it might sometimes be.
You wanna be 195cm out on the Fear The Bones Angel Of Death Jolly Rogers Navy Midshipmen Shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this street at night , every mildly drunk asshole who’s lokking for a fight looking at you. I’m a man and I feel the exact same way. Anytime someone implies some personality train of mine is because of my gender it pisses me right off, even if it’s supposed to be a compliment. I like this thing because I like this thing, I don’t like that thing because I don’t like that thing, my gender is not a fucking factor so KEEP THAT SHIT TO YOURSELF But what’s more surprising is that there aren’t greater rates of violence and murder committed by women, given the crap we are confronted with day after day after day…. Nah it is frustrating. Like I’m cis I guess? But not really? Because I figure it’s just my default based on the external genitalia the doctor saw when I was born. I don’t really care if a thing I think or do or say or wear or buy is masculine, feminine, or neither. I decided somewhere along the line that these imaginary rules don’t apply to me. I do what I want and when people say sexist shit I either correct them or more often, ignore them.
i feel this so hard. for context, i’m female. just the Fear The Bones Angel Of Death Jolly Rogers Navy Midshipmen Shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this other day i’m leaving my house wearing black baggy cargo pants, a black fleece carhartt zip up, and some black and white jordan’s. no big deal, just going to my boyfriends house and wanted to be comfy and warm. but my dad looks at me as im leaving and says “huh, going for the tomboy look today?” and im like THEY ARE NORMAL CLOTHES !!! Yes. There’s casual sexism, institutional sexism, societal sexism, we do get seen and treated differently, men are privileged, we are oppressed, that’s why feminism exists. Women get angry about that and I’d say it’s more normal and reasonable to be angry about it rather than feel nothing. I think most women are frustrated because society has pushed the idea of being a woman so far down the totem pole that’s its become hateful. Which is why women espouse male qualities and eschew female qualities. It’s also why the only thing it takes to be a woman these days is lipstick and pumps. If women would act feminine this would be a much better world. Our current society is out of balance It’s a matter of getting comfortable in your own skin. Everyone goes through this at some point in their life, where they feel uncomfortable and self-conscious of themselves, like somethings wrong with them. But, more often than not, it’s a lack of purpose and acceptance in regards to oneself. John Smith might have social anxiety now, but given time and talking to more people, he will one day outgrow such a trait.
I don’t know much about you, and I don’t presume to know much about you, but it seems this may be the Fear The Bones Angel Of Death Jolly Rogers Navy Midshipmen Shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this case for you with being a woman. Men and Women have a lot of overlapping characteristics, but their differences is what define them. And that’s good, perhaps you may be treated differently, but a lot of that has to deal with interactions between distinct individuals. So, in closing, it doesn’t matter the gender or how you may be treated, you just need to become comfortable with yourself and others in how they see you. Perhaps they may see you for your gender. Perhaps as an individual. That’s okay, because both of those are a part of who you are. I think it’s quite common, depends on the frequency probably. This also goes both ways, don’t for a second think men don’t get treated differently because of their sex/gender. As with most things, there are both some positives and some negatives about that. I guarantee you plenty of guys at some point thought they’d rather be a woman. You are not alone in this, and this world can be so frustrating when there is so much emphasis on identity and how others treat you depending on your identity. stay strong
