You know, there are things that people say that really make you think about your beliefs and priorities. Especially since so many would never vote for him because of the gun issue alone, but then I wonder how many of those number would never vote for him anyway because of the D next to his name? I can respect a principled stance which he has every right to hold especially after what happened in El Paso and then again in Uvalde.

I still think they’re useful home defense weapons in some cases, and I think they’re valuable for women who work or live in dangerous environments, but the issue sure is a lot more nuanced than I used to give it credit for and I just stay the fuck out of it these days.
