You are buying into too many trends. Both the Creativity is Intelligence Having Fun T-Shirt it is in the first place but pieces themselves and the fit. Crop tops are definitely not adult whatsoever. And you have those, tops with big billowy sleeves, super chunky shoes, and mom jeans….all trends that will be very dated eventually. Buy classic pieces. Pick one special item per outfit. Choose a fit that is body skimming but not tight or revealing skin. Spend more money on less items, but buy better quality. No offense, but you can tell these items are not expensive. Nope nope nope. People who are emotionally mature will show you the same respect that you show them. This is not the 1900’s but unfortunately you will still find many misogynist in professional realms. Sure, no bare midriff. But there is absolutely nothing unprofessional about your outfits. Many men get by wearing unironed golf shirts and ill fitting khakis (normal “professional” clothes)… Stop trying to impress shitty people who should be focused on the quality of your work by trying to dress a certain way. If someone at your place of work is too focused on what you wear rather than your work and business performance that is a big big red flag and you need to get out of there asap. It is totally legit to want to wear things that make YOU feel more confident in your role. NOTHING you wear, do, or say will change how a misogynist treats you at work.

I absolutely love your style now and i think that if you like it you shouldn’t change it. But if you do want to dress more adult i’d say get some low rise jeans, or maybe mid rise. Digging your quirky style! Try playing with accessories, mix up shoes and untuck sometimes. Remember, your style is YOUR adult! hi! just wanna say i absolutely love your style and it looks AMAZING on you, side not, in 8th pic where are your jeans from? they look so good I don’t think there’s anything wrong with how you dress. Just because we get older doesn’t mean we should grow up A lot of these pieces could work so don’t feel the Creativity is Intelligence Having Fun T-Shirt it is in the first place but need to invest in a completely new wardrobe. Aritzia is a good place for trousers and they have “short” sizes which helps. Bodysuits are also a good choice if you like to tuck because they are smooth and won’t untuck and look messy or frumpy. I actually think your skirt look is really cute! I think maybe if you wanted a more professional look you could ditch the green top and pair it with a mock neck ribbed sleeveless shirt or bodysuit in a neutral colour like cream.
