If you work in a very professional office I’d say no, don’t wear them. ie. banking, law office, medical. If you work in tech or fast food then go for it. The folks saying it’s 2023 so nothing matters have never worked in a law firm before. I agree it shouldn’t matter, but you’ll still get judged. For many years I had two eyebrow studs over my left eye. No-one ever said a word. I took them out by choice a few years ago as I’m rapidly approaching my 50s. Frowned upon? No. Although some settings are a little too old school for their own good and act like it is. It depends on where you work. If it’s a very conservative office then yes there might be an issue. Otherwise it’s much more normal these days Most people in tech do not care. There is always a highly religious minority everywhere who have too much free time in their hands and they may care.
