Shipping & delivery details

Same went for painting walls. The wear and tear aspects come into play that eventually things will mark/fade. If you damage one wall, does the Becker college alumni shirt so you should to go to store and get this wall or the whole room need painting. If so, was it last painted 3 years ago so is it due another a new fresh coat. It wouldn’t be fair to charge a tenant to paint a room, if the landlord was due to do it anyway, as the landlord hasn’t incurred a cost. If a room cost £300 to paint, but it was done just 2 years ago, then it might be reasonable to charge £150 as it’s already used up 2 years of its wear & tear, and it’s good now for another 4 years etc. Due to the variable elements, I don’t think one could set hard lines in the sand, it’s a matter of been reasonable. So basically anything that would be expected to replaced with a normal tenant in that lifespan is the responsibility of the landlord.

Becker college alumni shirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater and long sleeve t-shirt

So for 12 years, basically everything is the Becker college alumni shirt so you should to go to store and get this landlord’s responsibility unless you’ve taken a jackhammer to the foundation and a hammer to the walls and lit a fire in the bathroom. To be clear, if your landlord had replaced the carpets and repainted everything and installed new appliances 2 years ago this would be a different conversation. But the basic duty of a tenant is to not damage the property. It’s the responsibility of the landlord to actually maintain it. Wonderful, this is basically what I was hoping for as I have not damaged walls etc and no bathroom fires for sure haha! I was just a bit overwhelmed at the thought of paying for new carpets, redecorating, boiler, oven, shower etc. I’m not worried at all now, he can say what he wants but obviously will not get him anywhere after seeing everyone’s replies…..so thank you
