Nordstrom’s used to be unlimited until people took advantage. They also won’t hesitate to ban a person from returns either. I worked In Nordstrom’s handbag’s department. Ugh I’ve worked retail. And didn’t work on commission so I can’t imagine how annoying that would be. I’ve joked about returning stuff after using it but could never actually do it. I’ve seen threads on forums where people never understand why they’ve been banned from returning there and I’m like you must have been WILD there because they were nice about it.
