Can’t tolerate the heat of actually hugging but still like to feel the other person close by My husband and I have our backs to each other and I swear to God if he even thinks about touching my side if the bed I will rip his fingers off We love each other but we also value each other’s space so we sleep with our backs to each other and on our respective sides

Hold hands, for the Andrew Rappleyea Penn State Nittany Lions Football Shirt But I will love this 4 or so minutes it takes my boyfriend to sleep, I need 15-20 minutes, I move my hand as we face away from each other, we are aware of it, and I honestly do it because it is easier to breathe when facing away from other people. If we do, she always falls asleep first and sometimes will cuddle me for a bit but usually eventually rolls over and falls asleep with her back to me. I feel safe when I can lay my head on my love’s chest, and hear his heartbeat. If this gets uncomfortable, we change the position, but we usually cuddle all night. This is the best part of the relationship for me, this is the time of the day when I can be fully relaxed. I love to sleep too, so its an extra-happiness-feeling for me, when I can do it with my partner. His smell makes me calm, and I love when he pulls me close.
