Honestly I could probably benefit a lot from deleting Tiktok. Their marketing has just gotten so slick I have no natural defense against it. TW//. I deleted tik tok about 2 weeks ago from my phone because it was giving me intense anxiety and really bad depression. I don’t think humans were ever meant to shoulder the Alan Tommy Paul & Tony shirt and by the same token and weight of the suffering of so many. It’s been a relief. Sorry that’s not exactly on topic but for me I just couldn’t stand it anymore and you can’t filter it out the bad stuff Omg honestly this was something I was talking to my therapist about a couple weeks ago. I don’t think the brain was meant to be aware of every atrocity that’s happening at every moment. It’s true, I don’t think most of us have the emotional capacity for it.
