Commemorate the first year of SMU men’s lacrosse

This long sleeve tee marks the 2028 inaugural season of Southern Methodist University’s new men’s lacrosse program. It features an official-style shield crest with crossed sticks and the Mustang silhouette, making it a standout piece for fans tracking the team’s launch. The design captures the excitement of the upcoming spring start date, offering supporters a way to show early loyalty to the ACC expansion. Whether you are an alumnus or a current student, this shirt connects you to the history being made on the field before the first whistle blows.

Design details for Mustangs supporters

The shirt displays a blue and white shield crest with a red horizontal stripe containing the text “2028 INAUGURAL SEASON SMU LACROSSE.” Below the text, crossed lacrosse sticks sit behind a red running horse silhouette on black fabric. This varsity style aesthetic appeals to college sports collectors and lacrosse players who appreciate traditional collegiate graphics. The color palette aligns with SMU branding while clearly identifying the specific milestone year of the program’s debut.

Product specifications

This item is a black long sleeve tee printed with a blue, white, and red graphic. The audience includes SMU students, alumni, and general lacrosse fans looking for commemorative apparel. The fit is standard for casual wear, suitable for layering or wearing alone during game days and campus events.

When does SMU start playing lacrosse?

SMU is scheduled to begin its men’s lacrosse program in the spring of 2028. This shirt celebrates that upcoming inaugural season, allowing fans to prepare for the team’s debut well in advance. The start date places the launch within the typical NCAA spring athletic calendar.

Is this an officially licensed SMU product?

This item is a fan-inspired commemorative design celebrating the announced launch of the SMU lacrosse team. Please verify licensing status if you require official NCAA merchandise. The design uses recognizable elements like the shield crest and Mustang silhouette to appeal to supporters without claiming formal university endorsement.

What size should I order for a long sleeve tee?

For a standard fit, choose your usual t-shirt size. If you prefer a looser athletic fit or plan to layer it over gear, consider sizing up one step. Refer to the store’s general size chart for specific measurements to ensure the best fit for your body type.

Who is this shirt best suited for?

This tee is ideal for SMU alumni, current students, and college sports collectors tracking the new ACC lacrosse program. It also works as a gift for friends interested in early-season fan gear. The niche appeal makes it a thoughtful present for those invested in Southern Methodist University athletics and the growth of college lacrosse.
