Another thing is denying their mental issues, and this is a problem I saw across all of the generations in my family, young and old alike, there is probably no one who was treated right with their mental problems and illnesses, and I won’t push it through with medicaments, I’ll try to adjust surroundings first, and only when that doesn’t help would I resort to drugs. Too lenient. Gave me too much of what I want. Cared too much about how felt instead of how strong and compitent and willful I was.

Throw things and break things because of rage, burn my spouses items in a pyre in the desert, beat them, make them feel like they are lesser because of who they are as a human being, listen to them when they have things to tell me, enjoy their presence in my life and not make them feel like the biggest burden and mistake of my life, never kick them when they are down or expect them to do things I wouldn’t do.
