That’s already a LOT of the Sure let me drop everything and work on your problem T-Shirt it is in the first place but inspo I saw when searching, so it’s still definitely a good option—but you can get creative with the *type* of white top and jeans you choose. You can get very different effects with a white turtleneck sweater vs a white corset top, or dark wash skinny jeans vs distressed mom jeans for instance! But to move away from that default, my first move would be to switch up the silhouettes underneath. Dresses are an easy option, but pairing blazers with matching shorts is SUPER trendy right now. (If the store you bought it from offers matching bottoms, it could be fun to grab them!) Then, consider patterns! Breton stripe is so classic it’s almost a neutral. Any floral with a little bit of blue could work. Other stripes or even springy plaids could be super cute. If you want to try pairing it with other colors, color theory is your best friend! Obviously any combo with a neutral works, so you could easily swap out your white shirt and/or jeans for anything black, tan, grey, navy, brown, etc. The combination of baby blue with pastel pink is super in right now, but other pastels are an option as well. You can also do a complementary pop of something bright, although I would keep it mostly cool-toned. A blue-based hot pink, a bright emerald green, a highlighter yellow, etc. Red could work, but might read a little… patriotic (at least in the US) depending on the silhouette. For contrast, any intensity of orange could be a fun choice. Even tone-on-tone blue is a sophisticated option.
