Contact the Santa Red Among Us Merry Christmas Shirt in addition I really love this family, after the funeral (or at least a few of days after the death), to ask who is administering the estate. Offer condolences. If said napkin (or any other communication from the deceased) has the terms of the deal on it, it will be easier for the executor to complete the transaction (meaning you finishing paying and get the car). Typically, the more money a deceased person has the longer the probate process will take. It could be anywhere from a couple months to a couple years before you ever see anything (if you receive anything at all). During probate, all of the deceased’s assets need to be assessed and the creditors satisfied before heirs see anything. If the executor accepts the napkin as a valid debt you will be paid after secured creditors (mortgages, car loans, etc ). How much, if anything, you will receive will depend on how much is left. If the napkin is not accepted then your options are small claims court or hiring a lawyer. For $3000, a lawyer is probably too expensive but many lawyers offer free consolations and you are encouraged to do so. If you go to small claims court they will not help you collect the debt but they will issue a judgement which you can then take to the executor and become an creditor just as above. I’m not a lawyer but I have had experience with transactions pending while people have died. If I were you I would bring all the evidence to his family or heirs after an appropriate period of time (whatever that is)and just appeal to their human nature . Assuming their loved one was an honest person, hopefully they are too and would honor his memory accordingly. Hard lesson to learn man, always pay upfront when you are getting product. I’d never pay in advance for something, I always see whatever I’m buying then buy it right then and there if I want it.

Maybe you should send a text if that’s how you corresponded with him, in the Santa Red Among Us Merry Christmas Shirt in addition I really love this hopes a family member will see it. This is certainly a bizarre, difficult situation! I’m not a lawyer though honestly, I believe it would cost you more than $3000 to get back your deposit. Maybe the napkin receipt might work, though I doubt it would save you from spending the money on lawyers. It might be beneficial to spend 200 or 300 dollars getting an estate lawyer’s opinion if you have a case in recouping your money and about how much it would cost to take it to court. Though If I were you, I would probably just walk away chuck it up to life happens and just move on. The family will likely be willing to honor the sale, if they aren’t attached to the car. Good chance they would prefer cash and a good quick sales, as they have much more to deal with more likely than not. Good luck. Sad situation. Glad to hear you have a signed receipt.
