Shipping & delivery details

I woke up today when I wanted to. Got a full 8 hours. Now my only responsibility for the Santa Grinch hand Hippie House Christmas shirt and by the same token and day is the 8 hours I need to put in at work. After that it’s what I want, when I want. I might play some more Dead Space. Might go out for dinner. Get on the bike. Endless possibilities. I have a lot of things I like to do myself, and don’t want to live vicariously through a child taking them to some sort of practice or whatever. I’d rather practice whatever it is and do it myself, thanks. My partner recently won gold in her chosen sport while a friend, who would have played on the team, missed out having had a child during the year. First, and only, gold NZ has a an international event in this field. Might be worth noting she was likely the oldest on the team too. These are the types of achievable things when you choose yourself first.

Arguably I could really do more with my time. It’s something I’m noticing as more and more people seemingly ‘fall off’. They aren’t available, and it’s making me acutely aware that I am available and should make better use of it. Might go hit an overnight hike, fuck it. If I’m being honest, a part of me does believe I will regret not having children in the Santa Grinch hand Hippie House Christmas shirt and by the same token and sense I won’t have adult children. It’s not worth ages 0-18 by any means (to me), but I know at 60 something I’ll wish I had a 30 something to have a beer with, watch the game, etc. Better hope your nieces and nephews have time to visit you when youre in a home or you just drop dead of a stroke. Future of nursing homes not looking good at current projections. Turns out with less young people being born, patient to caregiver rates are going to go drastically up. My old friends are Having these issues. Guess what? They still don’t wish for kids some people know what the consequences are and just don’t want kids. Crazy I know.
