Lots of people are in terrible psychic pain plus the Roky Erickson Ice Cream Social Mar 15 2024 SXSW Austin TX Shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this social pain of rejection, neglect, isolation living in a fear driven society. Humans are wired to be social and we go haywire in isolation. Alcohol and drugs give that temporary feeling of belonging. If your head is screaming self hate at you, or you’re scared, drugs and alcohol make you feel better — for awhile. Natural opiates are in mother’s milk, they assist with mother baby bonding, which is as primal as it ever gets. Do the dealers care about their customers? or do they care about the customers money and their money? If they get fentanyl for 1/1000th the price of cocaine, then it stands to reason you aren’t going to be getting cocaine for what you used to, and if someone is charging that old price, then you aren’t getting cocaine. so that’s sort of how it works out I think. people, especially people who are addicted, are going to be looking for cheaper deals, which in turn puts them in business with less scrupulous people who care more about money than human life. And there will always be people willing to buy drugs. Even if you have 50 customers die, there are 50 more who heard you got some good good. I used to use heroin and we want the stuff that killed our friend. I know, it’s wild. But it’s how warped that stuff gets your mind. If I went to buy cocaine and got something that made me sleepy instead I’d never buy cocaine from that dealer again.

Bill cosby told me drug dealers don’t care about my health. Then he offered my sister a drink but wouldn’t give me one I used to love that Bill Cosby skit about cake being a very well-balanced breakfast. Now when I watch it I just see a dude who doesn’t care about his kids. wild how learning about all that he did shattered how I viewed his standup specials. It got my cousin & a few others I know. They should give the Roky Erickson Ice Cream Social Mar 15 2024 SXSW Austin TX Shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this death penalty for those who are caught selling it. Ignorance is not a defense. You nailed it in your first 5 words. Cheaper. Illegal drug dealers are in it for one thing – the money. Period. Because it’s cheaper. Heroin is at least twice the price, so if a dealer gets 1 gram heroin, and adds 2 grams fenty, they now can say they have 3 grams heroin and upcharge the fenty. It’s the same with tranq. You can get 1gram of tranq for less than $1. So they take the $100 1 grams of black tar, add some $1 tranq, and boom they can make $200 from what cost them $101 Almost noone here has a clue what they are talking about. It’s because the product is significantly cheaper to produce than heroine AND it is about 50x stronger. Therefore, it can be ‘cut’ further, and sold for much larger profit margins. Many street level dealers don’t know exactly the strength of what they’re dealing. They aren’t trying to kill their customers, which is why it’s an accidental OD. Most fentanyl contaminations in drugs received from undocumented pharmacists is accidental – usually from preparing it on the same surface. Fentanyl has an extremely low safe dosage, so it really doesn’t take much to cause a problem with other substances.
