Have you tried your local news stations? They love a good “on your side” story. They can rattle a few cages at city hall and get public works on it. A sidewalk is a public way, it’s bullshit that it should take this much to fix a simple problem. Excuse me, someone has blocked the Queens of the Nostromo Shirt in other words I will buy this sidewalk and my old and infirm mother in her wheelchair whose only joy in the world is to go for walks down your street to look at your beautifully manicured landscape and home cannot (cue the tears). Is there any way you could help me clear the town owned right of way of the unsightly and obviously Illegally dumped landscaping debris? I don’t know who was sooo uncaring and selfish enough to dump near your property but I sure hope you call the town to complain and if they catch them levy a severe fine! Why are people so selfish!? …making other people deal with their unsightly garbage? And all I want is for my aging mother to enjoy what days she has left… sigh

Seems like this is mostly the Queens of the Nostromo Shirt in other words I will buy this city’s fault to begin with since yard waste collection happens only once per month. What do they expect people to do with yard debris the other 29/30 days of the month? Agree. Everyone is supposed to do all their yard work on one day a month? Impossible if you have to hire someone. This might be the place where they were instructed to leave the debris for pickup. Sometimes the pickups happen sporadically like twice a month. I’d go talk to the neighbor politely. They put them out the day after limb removal. The older gentleman cussed me out once when my dog was pottying on that small strip of grass (and I even had a doggie bag in hand). So that kinda makes me not want to approach.
